Great itinerary!! Great service, and met the most amazing groups of ppl we ever had in our lives. All colors, nationalities and backgrounds.... it was a beautiful experience!

It was raining so to get stuck on one of those bridges to the ship due to someone in a wheelchair entering on deck 4 was a bit much. You should be allowing the handicap thru the 1st floor.

The dining room is directly over the propeller, you can feel everything (at least that’s what it felt like), you guys gotta do something about that. Also the dining room was way overbooked at times and on lobster night the butter tasted like popcorn butter which was less than satisfying , it had no flavor and tasted like rubber. The service was impeccable though.

I think there should be an additional area somewhere for adults. There were too many teenagers in the solarium and way too crowded in the hot tubs. I did not get to enjoy these areas due to the amount of ppl overtaking the entire area.

I adored the One Love Band. My husband and I showed up wherever they were scheduled to play. You guys should rotating reggae bands thru out the day. We didn’t want the reggae music to stop! Steel drum players or something. The DJ in Olive & Twist needs to play more than new school reggaeton, it was cool but got annoying. We enjoyed The Battle if the Sexes, laughed the entire time.

The ship needs a facelift. Some parts of certain hallways smelled of sewage. Room decor is dated.

The size was decent, the bathroom seemed smaller and the deck seemed to be larger. The beds are not the beat but I would say more comfortable than our previous cruises.

It’s a big boat! Lol Lots to do for both families and couples. Great ship for first time cruisers.
It’s expensive! We went to Palm Beach and two restaurants ran out of food. We purchased 4 drinks totaling $48 and they were watered down and less than satisfactory for the price. We did later go to Lucy’s were they had $3 margaritas and banging street tacos so the day turned around. The sunsets are unbelievable but it’s very very windy. Don’t wear a hat! Lol
We went to Mango Beach where we were charged just to be on the beach. These ppl charge you from everything to the bathroom use $1, being on the beach ($3.50 per person), $10 per chair, $20 for an umbrella and the list goes on. Didn’t seem like there was much to do or see on the island. Was not my favorite.
Bonaire was surprisingly the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. We took a tour to the Salt Flats and then went swimming at Sonobo Beach all day. The bar was decent, the food was good and I enjoyed myself the most on this island. We got to try wind surfing and spotted Flamingos! It was my favorite island on the itinerary
We just took a water taxi across the cruise port and ended up having a fabulous day. My hubby and friends jet ski, us girls shopped and the food and drinks were dynamite! There was a lot of pressure from the women selling their jewelry and trinkets which was very annoying. (Literally one every two mins) it was very aggressive but we understood they are just tryin to make a buck. There was a random beach dog that bit three ppl not too far from us but once he was gone the day was amazing.
I’m only rating 2 stars due to the fact that they separated mine and my husbands onboard accounts. We were stopped en route leaving the boat. We never had that happened before. Also I received a letter after returning that we were double charged for our final payment. When I called I was advised that it would be restored but the fact that it even happened is UNACCEPTABLE! We were told it was due to an upgrade and just received an apology but that is not good enough.
