Some great snorkeling, fun on the flow rider, and great waiters made this a cruise, ship, and cruise line I'll return to.

My second southern Caribbean tour and it was the best. Loved St. Lucia and Barbados.

The Southern Carribean is so beautiful and Fredom of the Seas made it even better! The crew of the ship continue to rock service standards out of the water. Every cruise we go on will be measured against this one.

First time on Freedom, having been on larger and smaller RC ships before. Good size without overwhelming crowds of the Oasis class ships.

The ship was big with it was well taken care of. For groups they should have more options and better comunication. I believe that it would help not only for the group to have a better time onboard but also it will better for the group to consider cruising again with them. My plans were to come back with a larger group but I felt like we had to give follow up to the staff instead of all the way arround. It was disappointing. Specially when we spoke so well of Royal Caribbean.

Great to get away and visit some nice islands during the cold winter months.

First cruise. Very eye opening. A lot to see and do. Need about 3 weeks to do it and see it all.

Cruise overall was great but it was definitely marred by the problem with the stateroom. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful except the customer service staff. They basically told us to suck it up for the error they made and they weren't going to refund us anything between what we paid for and what we received. Ship was nice, a bit smaller of course than some of the others, but did not feel cramped and there was still plenty to do.

Freedom was well maintained and clean. Bar staff in pool areas and casino were unfriendly, appeared bothered that they had to make drinks. Otherwise, staff was mostly friendly. Food in Windjammer was mediocre at best, formal dining room food was better. Unfortunately, if you want high quality meals, you'll have to experience that through Chops Grille, Giovanni's, or Sabor, which will cost you. Interior stateroom was comfy, and clean. Kids H2O zone was separated from the rest of the ship, and quite fun for adults as well! Performance of Once Upon a Time was enjoyable, with plenty of activities to keep you busy on sea days. Bon Voyage!

Would cruise this line again, fantastic! Buffet was very good, main dining service good, food average. Bar service wonderful, staff was friendly in most areas of ship.

The ship itself was awesome the staff was excellent as usual no complaints in that area plenary of things to do on the ship while we were at sea rooms always clean. The food in the main dining room was awesome

We had picked up this cruise for its itinerary and it served its purpose. We were lucky to have some amazing weather and good experiences at the ports but overall the ship in itself was underwhelming. Nothing was bad or disruptive but just okay. Meeting bare expectations. This applies for almost everything, food, entertainment, activities layout etc.

WONDERFUL RELAXING TIME. THE SHIP AND CREW WERE AMAZING.
