Review summary

Great itinerary for water activities! We snorkeled EVERYWHERE! Felt very safe traveling with younger kids at all of these islands. Ship was nice but ready “to be amped”, which was planned for a few months after our trip.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

We were supposed to take a semi-sub tour but it was cancelled and nothing else was really available to us due to age restrictions. We ended up taking the water taxi and enjoying a day at the beach. Chairs and water taxi were very reasonable. The number of people as we were getting off the water taxi to sell us things was rather overwhelming. Just be prepared. Overall - Great Beach Day.

Willemstad, Curacao

We did a tour booked outside of the cruise line as it was the best way to try to “do It all” in one trip. It was nice.

We stayed 2 nights at Hilton Caribe in advance of our cruise. We snorkeled right at the hotel in the “bay” and took a trip to El Yunque. We walked to El Moro and had lunch downtown. We can’t wait to go back!

Snorkeling here is one we still talk about. It was our first experience with Truely wild sea turtles and HUGE wild angel fish. Take some bread or cereal to feed the fishies!

Disembarkation

Unclear directions for unassisted suites debarkation. We planned to walk off with our own luggage and we’re given incorrect instructions for meeting place and breakfast times.
