Summary of this cruise was great! Very clean too!

We had a fun and relaxing trip with our family. There are always good and bad things on a ship. The ship is super easy to navigate and the staff was AMAZING.

I will never sail on the Royal Caribbean cruise lines again. I will sail Carnival. Way better ships.

Over all good. Had a good trip. Ice show amazing. Planning our next cruise.

5 day cruise is a nice gateway. Everything, except the embarcation, went well. The Diamond Club was a little bit disappointing, need more staff .

Peaceful cruise with minor complaints. Would cruise again as I liked the laid back feel.

Overall we had a wonderful cruise with friends! My husband and I will be back on explore in January for a nine day southern Caribbean, I can’t wait!

Really not a complainer, truly believe vacation is what you make of it. Unfortunately there was nothing on this trip to help us make it great. Entertainment was severely lacking and the food was average. We've been on multiple RCCL cruises and plan on booking another very soon. Not every swing will be a homerun. One average experience is not gonna keep us from getting back into the batters box.

Embarkation was a disaster but the rest of the experience was great. The cruise staff was very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed ourselves with various activities on the ship. We did not like the comedian. He was very dry and had poor timing. The performers were excellent and on point. Thank you for a great cruise Royal Caribbean.

Was just an ok cruise this time. Still loyal to royal.

This was my first cruise and was not impressed. Guest services really did care about my luggage when they clearly seen my luggage was wet and smelled my luggage. Fountain vendors was always empty. Food was not good. I can say our dinner that was scheduled every night was good but it was the same thing every night

Loved the ship...enjoyed the ports! Will cruise with Royal Caribbean again!😁

If I had been only on this cruise, I would have been greatly disappointed with 9 days at sea and only one port (St. Maarten).

Our ship was caught in the Atlantic Ocean avoiding four storms and arrived in Southampton 4 days late which meant our cruise was cut short and only visited one port which we already visited earlier this year. Consequently we cancelled our cruise and will be going on another one at some time around May next year with Royal Caribbean who have given us our full credit for another cruise

The 35' waves in the North Atlantic Ocean caused a 3 day delay of the Explorer getting into Southampton, which shortened our cruise from 14 to 11 days. We also lost all of our ports and went to only one different island instead. Royal Caribbean was not legally obligated to do anything for us, but they went out of their way to provide a lot of extra benefits to guests to help make up for this. They kept their guests safe and were super awesome to us all in our opinion. Overall, we made the best of it and staff was terrific, food was exceptional and we had an absolute blast! Thank you to Royal Caribbean for being so very awesome under some very difficult circumstances which could not be controlled by anyone, except the "Weather God"!

We had three days added to the itinerary due to bad weather and storms. We were directed to 2 x new ports which by all accounts were an improvement on the two that were planned. RCI made sure our safety was utmost and in doing so, added to the experience.

we learnt not to let them put you on front of the ship because in bad weather you won't sleep and not sail over the Bay of Biscay in October / November time

Good cruise bits of the ship need updates But overall good time had

Ship is fine needs an upgrade.Drink very expensive,shops expensive can buy things cheaper at home.Entertaiment was average.
