This was my first cruise and was not impressed. Guest services really did care about my luggage when they clearly seen my luggage was wet and smelled my luggage. Fountain vendors was always empty. Food was not good. I can say our dinner that was scheduled every night was good but it was the same thing every night

Poor. There is nothing for kids to do. Pools are deep. No kiddy pool and water is extremely cold. So all the hot tubs are filled with kids and that’s understandable because they can walk around and it’s warm

Food was not very good. Only could get food til 10. They did have a cafe that you could get doughnuts. Fountain drinks were always empty. I can say a positive thing bartender were great. Always had an upbeat positive attitude

I just bought new luggage day before. Checked my bag at the port. When it was delivered to my room it was all wet on the front of my luggage and something peed all over my luggage. Guest services was supposed to clean it. Nope. I had to have them store my bag in another place because it stunk so bad like pee. Emailed them nothing they can do. Took my 120 luggage to the dump.

Overly pay 30 per person to go to a beach. Not white sand and to walk down the beach they stop you if you leave the beach you paid for and try making you pay again.
Sorry to hear you had such a bad cruise experience I've been on explorer twice and loved it food, entertainment, activities, staff the works had a ball. My daughter had a ball she went to kids club and made a lot of friends. There is a kids splash zone for young kids as well. As for your luggage if it was that bad and you had insurance you could claim for that as well.
Royal Caribbean has a different menu every night in mdr. There are always about 3 apps, meals and desserts the same every night. The rest of the menu changes. I agree that something spilled from someone else's luggage onto yours. We have always found that Royal offers too much to do, we never have time for everything.
I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your cruise either. We loved this ship and everyone on it. Really sorry you think only 3 year olds enjoy mini golf... and as far as dinning room food goes.. it is not the same every night. Sounds like you need to try a different type of vacation or at least do some homework beforehand. Good luck to you !
Sorry you had a bad experience. Not sure what happened with your luggage, but It’s possible some type of liquid in someone else’s luggage broke and leaked. It sounds like cruising may not be for you since you really did not enjoy much of anything. As far as the food, we were just on a Royal Caribbean cruise and found a good variety and good quality of food in the dining room and each evening and at the buffet.
