Review summary

Overall cruise was very good . The staff worked with us to rectify dining room problems. The supervisor actually helped waiters.

Just watched . Too old for rock climbing and flow rider.

The ships singer and dancers were fantastic. The magic and music were not in sync. Understand they were still trying to learn .

Service and Staff

Dining room head waiter and assistant were very slow. We had twelve in our group and they paid more attention to guest around us. Slow on refills, bringing food and extra bread and butter. Didn’t get our coffee until we had finished dessert.

Big crowds on promenade deck during sales. Sorrentos and promenade cafe were combined and smaller than usual.

Had to wait a long time at carousel for our bags. One of our porters gave up and left his cart and our bags and went to make tips somewhere else.

Glad you enjoyed it. We will be on the Explorer in May and were on the Adventure in November and loved it. As far as the debarkation issues, we always take our own bags and never have an issue.
