Review summary

Very disappointed with Holland America regarding this cruise. Have been on 2 other HAL cruises, different ship, and we were treated 100% better than on this ship. Husband is discouraged from cruising with HAL in the future.

Cleaned yes, but definitely need a revamp. There were broken windows and trim coming apart from the wall.

Size was awesome, not as clean (mold in the shower), balcony was only partially covered so we had to fight with the rain if we wanted to stay out on the balcony

I'll be on the Eurodam Saturday. Hope I have a better experience than this. I enjoy HAL's laid back cruising.

This review was not verified so not sure it happened. Anyway, sorry you did not enjoy. We’ve only been on one Holland American ship, The Nieuw Amsterdam, before Covid and it was fantastic. While we are still in the pandemic you can’t expect things to be the way they were before. Definitely try Holland again.
