Review summary

Overall the experience aboard the Eurodam was fantastic. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The only negative experience was at Pinnacle Grill, which was due to unpleasant wait staff that had trouble accommodating groups larger than 2. This included half of the table not receiving menus, staff walking off in the middle of orders, and one of the waiters becoming visibly annoyed when he asked for our drink orders and we asked for a drink menu because none were provided.

Food and Dining

The wait staff at Pinnacle Grill were terrible. We ate there twice and both times they only gave a few of us menus, took meal orders before drink orders, unexpectedly walked off before finishing taking orders multiple times, and were visibly annoyed and rolled their eyes when a member of our group asked for a drink menu because none were provided. Every other dining experience was fantastic. John at the lido bar gave exceptionally great service and went above and beyond to take care of us and others on the ship.

Only feedback about the room stewards is that they need to pay attention to which way the opening on the duvet covers is facing. One morning we woke with the duvet partially out of the cover and on our faces, which felt gross as we weren’t sure how often they were washed. When we mentioned this to our fellow ship mates they said it happened to them as well.

Passengers shouldn’t be stuck on ship due to one person aboard not filling out their paperwork. This should have been handled well before we reached the port of call.
