Review summary

Enjoyable for the most part. A couple of things were not done but taken care of. Our group was suppose to have chocolate covered strawberries when we got there and they were not in the rooms. 27 of us were suppose to have vouchers for the pinnacle and they were not there.

For the most part everyone was very nice. I had one incident at lido deck, I asked a server for silverware and he told me they were on the tables. I informed him that they did not have any. He gave me attitude and told me to follow him and sure enough the tables did not have silverware. I thought that was rude, he should of just given me a set of silverware.
