Very Satisfied by anistasiavilla

Very satisfied with this cruise, The entertainment on board was excellent along with the helpful staff, would travel again in the future with this company and would certainly recommend it to my friends and relatives. Could not have asked for a better way to introduce my sister and her husband to take a cruise for the first time. they will certainly look at taking other cruises in the future.

What a wonderful time by ayram34

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

This trip was just perfect. The boat was very clean and well maintained, the staff was overall friendly and the rooms were great.  We stayed in a larger room with a window and were surprised with how much room we had..so I was overall happy that I chose to spend the small extra amount for the larger room.  The foood was very good and I was very happy with the quality of the buffet.  The late night pizza and snacks were also very good, which I compared to carnival which had horrible food and very limited late night food that was just horrible with long lines and absolutely not worth the wait in the hour long line to get one slice of dry pizza.  Entertainment was ok but really this is more about who you are sailing with. If you get involved and partake in the games and music etc you will really enjoy yourself.  The dining experience was wonderful and the servers really took the time to make you happy and get anything on the menu you would like. The boat even offered a all you can drink with a carrying cup which I had never seen before but made a HUGE difference. This allows you to really enjoy yourself and not worry about continuously paying for drinks that you are clueless what your tab is adding up to.  The port was very nice and unfortunately due to weather we didn't get to go cococay but were ok with that since we could spend more time on the boat. We have two one year old twins, so four days and three nights away was just a perfect getaway.  I would recommend this trip to any young parents or people who work who would like a small trip to get away.

cruise by ptsiotisrealtor

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

The cruise was enjoyable despite the fact that there was a stench of cigarette smoke in the theatre, the food left much to be desired, and we didn't get to get off at the private island.  We were with friends and made the best of it.  Happy

The Enchantment of the Seas SUCKS!!!!.  The crew members were  VERY VERY RUDE and not helpful at all.  I have been cruising twice a year for the last four years and I must say THIS WAS THE WORST CRUISE EVER!!!!!

Kind of disappointed by mtman100

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

They seemed understaffed, food in main dining room sub-par.  It's like they were doing everything possible to drive you to the premium extra cost restaurants.  Servers worked extra hard,  but needed more and/or better help. I've cruised 21 times with most of the cruise lines and didn't get what I expected. The buffet had better food than the dining room.

Mostly good but a few things could improve by kaysue

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

We enjoyed the cruise for the most part. The drinks were amazing and the staff were all very nice except in the dinning room. In the dinning room it said we had a server but never saw them. The food in my Fair Lady dinning room was not that good either. However, these few things did not ruin our trip. The beds were UNCOMFORTABLE. They were hard and had a lump in the middle of our bed. The best parts were the organization of all events. Everything we did went very smooth and the ship was very clean all the time.

Good cruise. Bad food by zoshow

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

The boat was nice, clearly and older vessel but very clean. The staff was wonderful every one was very nice and polite. The only problem we had was the food. The food options were horrible. Lots of hot dogs hamburgers and nachos. If you are 10 years old it's probably the cool If your an adult who likes to eat good on vacation then it's bad. The restaurant on board was excellent and we should have dined there every night. Overall it was a good cruise but very disappointed in the food

Enchantment by jli0617

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

From the time we stepped on board to the day we departed, it was just a perfect experience.  It was what one would expect when going on a cruise.  Rooms were always clean and changed out, food was excellent and the folks were all so accommodating and eager to help out in any way.  Our dinner scheduled every night at 5:30 was one of the best experiences and excellent food.  Jose, Eduardo and Rashan were very attentive and gave us excellent service.   We would not hesitate to schedule another cruise on the Enchantment.

Full service and beyond by Jramakr

Every member of the staff was courteous and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Shout out to the kitchen chef and waiters for making dining even better by serving some south asian dishes.

We were very disappointed about not being able to go to coco cay I understand safety is first however there should be a back-up plan. The staff was awesome and the dining was terrific. We loved our waitress she was the best!!! They had good activities.

think twice before booking to sail with this ship!!!!! by BogdanHolban

From the embarking time to the end  of this cruise, this was the worst experience ever. Even now ,after I returned their customer service sucks. At first they did not allow my wife to embark due to an expired green card missing(she left it home since the passport shows a valid visa and the letter is an extension of the green card  but even we provided with the extension letter from immigration and with a valid passport with a valid visa they did not let her to embark. They provided us with a letter and set up expectation for a refund when we call directly the company. I just called them, explained everything again and read the letter signed by the hotel director who said we will get our $ back. and the surprise is: NO REFUND!!!! and I am talking about over $600, not just few $.On top of this I only boarded with my step son instead of my entire family to have the family vacation that we were waiting for so long. The service there was awful. No food provided after 11 pm, no room service other than breakfast, no activities and they said I need to pay extra for day care. The room stinks, a strong odor was present. I will never ever go back to sail with them or recommend it. Other cruise lines are providing sea food and steaks at the dinner, this time I must pay extra $ if I want some. The evening activities lack and due to the weather we did not go on Coco Cay, to have everything in order :( Royal Caribbean suck big time!!!!! incomparable with the other cruise lines there.

Awesome maiden cruise experience! by PTfromPenn

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

overall it was a fun cruise vacation. Fine dining food selections were great and yummy. Marc (Mr. Bing Bong himself) was a super cruise director! Kudos to the stateroom staff for making the rooms clean and tidy. Music and dancing were nice. Not enough pool  space for everyone 'though for the full day at sea.

The food was awful, ran out of food, needs to be updated, no where to seat on the poolside by lushheather

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

This was my first cruise ever. The entertainment was great however the people working at the bars were rude and slow.  The food was awful, they ran out of oj ice, sausage, coffee no potatoes had to wait 30 min for an omelet. Everyday was the same food at the buffet. My fair lady dinning was OK maybe a 2 star restaurant. There was no where to seat on the poolside had to layout on the ground. 905 of the workers were rude. The boat looked run down and old. It was nothing like what I thought it was. I do not think I will ever do another cruise again or if I do I would go with a different boat.

Wonderful experience with <img class='agent-replacement' src='/images/hideagent.png'> and Royal Caribbean!! by rabunh

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)

Our cruise was wonderful from start to finish.  The agent found us an excellent deal on a Royal Caribbean cruise and the reminder emails were very helpful with tracking exactly what steps we had finished and what we still needed to do before the cruise.

Cruise was nice, but my diamond rings disappeared from dresser in stateroom. by lreid3

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

The cruise was pretty much what can be expected on a smaller ship during spring break. However just before leaving the stateroom for the last time I removed my diamond wedding ring, engagement ring, and an infinity shaped diamond ring, to apply hand lotion, and laid them on the dresser. I spilled some lotion and in my haste to clean it up I forgot to pick the rings up. 15 minutes after leaving the ship I realized what had happened and I called the cruise line. I was informed they would be returned to me if they were turned into " lost and found " . So far I haven't heard from them. I feel more could have been done by the cruise line. They know who cleaned that room. I gave a detailed description and there is no way anyone could mistake my rings for anything but what they were. I realize this was my fault but I do believe the cruise line could have done more to get my rings back to me.

3 day Enchantment by lynnc1016585

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

Sailed on Enchantment several times. However this was my 1st 3 day as I enjoy the relaxation of the 4 day or longer Cruises. Had a small group sailing with me-mostly 1st time cruisers. Everyone had a blast. Enchantment is showing signs of aging but it's nothing a bit of love and attention can't fix. The crew was excellent. To us the food was good. Went to Chops and it exceeded expectations. Cruise Director Marc, "Bing Bong" kept us busy and entertained. Visit Al, Senior Bartender, at the Casino, he was our favorite. Didn't care for my cabin size and I've been in inside rooms before. Room steward was fantastic. Would sail Enchantment again even though she's trading places with Majesty. Overall...wonderful cruise and good times.
