Overall, it was good trip. The only issue I had, was the not being able to visit CocoCay, as I was really looking forward to "My Perfect Day"

We choose the ship due to the three day itinerary and the fact it left from Port Canaveral. We took the same itinerary in March on Mariner of the Seas, from Miami. Enchainment of the Seas was a disappointment after being on the Mariner of the Seas. In July we are going back to Coco Cay, since it will be completed; we will taking Navigator of the Seas on that trip. I would suggest that RCL consider giving Enchantment of the Seas a "makeover",

Excellent cruise. Terrific food and wait staff. The room was great, clean and kept well. Only exception was the rude and disrespectful security personnel.

We had a wonderfull experience. Service staff was exceptional.

Cruise was great, ship was good, service was great. Wife enjoyed her 30th bday and we both had lot of fun on and off the ship. Was slightly disappointed that the water park activities and slides in Cococay were not ready. However, we still had a great time and look forward to cruising again in the future.

The cruise was very nice for being my first cruise. I really enjoyed myself.

It was horrible we ended up with the norovirus and deathly sick. I ship did not seem to care at all never cruising royal again!

Very nice cruise for our first one. The ship was old and small, but it was very clean and the staff was wonderful!

The customer service on this ship is superb. Everyone is so friendly and happy. I think I need to get a job on this ship. They truly seem to take pride in their ship & it goes a long way toward making a great experience.

It was a wonderful cruise, the staff was amazing and welcoming! Coco cay beach was absolutely breathtaking!

The food and the staff are amazing at the enchantment of the seas. The boat needs to be refurbished and the activities need to be changed up and updated. My over all experience was great!

Overall, we had a fun time. Rooms could use some sprucing up but enjoyed the common areas. Enjoyed Coco Cay a lot.

Entertainment was really good. But nursing mothers policy was terrible.

My experience was 100% , was our anniversary we decided celebrate every anniversary with ROYAL CARIBBEAN

We enjoyed our cruise very much due to the excellent staff, cleanliness, & overall fun & festive atmosphere. Our main purpose was to enjoy the ocean views & sunshine, so we didn't participate in onboard activities that limited us to being inside. We also didn't want to spend more for excursions or excessive drink packages. We thought the food was excellent & our service at mealtimes was the best we've ever had anywhere. We would've appreciated some quiet time in the pool area, but there was music &/or entertainment more often than not. We looked for other areas around the ship to just sit & appreciate the view & quiet.

Disapointed will never go on a 4 day cruise again. Had such high hopes of this cruise since had not been on one in a while celebrating first cruise with daughter in 20 years. Wanted it to be perfect and it wasnt.
