Some food were too salty and some were bland.. during dinner had to reorder a few times because food was too bland.

Onboard Activities

Enjoyed the live music, line dancing and karaoke. Gym was super small and crowded. There’s a high step going into the gym which made me bruise my leg..

Our room steward herself was exceptional and was so sweet but we ran into a problem which was not resolved. Prior to booking I made sure they knew I was going a breastfeeding mother who need to pump while away from the babies. They were very supportive and had me sign the special request form for a fridge in my room. As entering to my room there was a mini “medical use” fridge that sat on the table top. The fridge looked like it was would be used to store insulin. After having a 3 hour drive and waiting for the rooms to be cleaned for us to come into I was ready to pump. After pumping 24 oz I called the room steward about the fridge and letting her know the fridge I received would not uphold my milk until the day we depart which was in 4 days.. she was more than happy to store my milk for me in the freezer until the day of departure. As the day went on I had to pump again.. this time it was 12 oz.. I called down to the room stewards and asked if someone could come pick up my milk and their exact words were “Breastmilk? Oh I’ll have someone call you back in 20 min” not knowing what was going on and confused I waited by the phone.. 20 min went by and I’m getting anxious to ready hit the boat I didn’t get a phone call. So I called back down and he said the supervisor was going to call me right now. Got a call from her and she said he was not allowed to store any of my bodily fluids and if I needed to store my milk she’ll send me down a bag of ice. Also if I want to use that medical fridge it would have to be on ice as it’ll be cross contamination to the fridge. I had to explain to her that my milk would spoil on ice and I could not store milk in there. She then tells me she doesn’t see any special requests in my stateroom that I’m a nursing mother. I couldnt believe I was going through this. If I didn’t have a special request or letting you know why did I receive this mini fridge prior to me entering my room... by okay.. so as I’m explaining to her she refused to help me and kept enphasing it was cross contamination and I would have to have it on ice. Now extremely upset I asked her where was my milk that was stored by the room steward, she told me she had it taken out as soon as she found out about it and if I wanted it back to my room with a bag of ice... WHAT? Well how long has it been sitting out and when we’re going to tell me you guys took it out?? She couldn’t tell me.. So I just told her to throw it away since she couldn’t tell me how long it’s been sitting on her counter. I asked her once again she couldn’t store my milk and she said no.. so for 4 days I had to pour out 80-90 oz of breastmilk. Meaning that was food for my babies down the drain because Enchantmeng of the Sea was not Nursing Mother FRIENDLY. SOOOO UPSET about the policy and their service. The room steward came the next day apologize and told me she didn’t know she wasn’t able to do it anymore and her boss pretty much chewed her out. And as an apology she sent us a bottle of champagne...

The rooms were really clean by bathroom was so tight. My husband skinned is knee in the shower.. he also flooded the floor from the water in the shower. The water kept coming out the curtain and we couldn’t figure out the curtains staying out so it couldn’t come out.

Ship tip

Educate the room stewards on nursing mothers and storing their milk. Some room stewards were okay will storing milk and some weren’t. Looked like they were flip flopping on the policy.

I don’t know. Really sounds like a fake review to me. And champagne when you’re breastfeeding, really?

Wow! That is unfortunate. I hope you included that in your survey. I would also suggest sending an email message directly to Royal so they can revisit how this is handled for other mothers. They read and respond to emails.

Mattward, might want to read the whole review.

Sorry but some people just don't want to see that in public... Would you enjoy seeing men and women giving each other oral sex in public? Some things should be done in private... JMO
