Review summary

The customer service on this ship is superb. Everyone is so friendly and happy. I think I need to get a job on this ship. They truly seem to take pride in their ship & it goes a long way toward making a great experience.

There wasn’t as much to do on this ship as others but it still was nice. The hot tubs were also frequently crowded with children which was annoying & nothing posted to deter this.

Top notch! My kids REALLY enjoyed the shows and made sure we were on time to every one of them (total surprise!) My kids never have a sense of time otherwise.

Best ever! I’ve never had customer service this genuinely kind and caring. Michael tended our stateroom & was really a pleasure and thorough. We enjoyed Eko & Evelyn in My Fair Lady.

Small of course and dated. Michael kept it super nice though & added special touches to make us feel welcome.

Ship tip

Stay on deck 4 or 7 so you can use the stairs more. Waiting on the elevators & crowding in them gets annoying.

We paid WAY too much to go to Atlantis!!! It is NOT worth it. We should have opted for more sightseeing. That place is not even as nice as water parks we have in the Kentuckiana area.

This island was A-MAZING! With of course the staff from RC there taking care of everything. I would book a cruise just to come here. Was quiet and beautiful.

We leave in 52 days on this ship A bit Leary as it a smaller ship and we have been recently on allure of the seas which is hands down amazing But cruising is what you make it and I love to cruise
