I was very disappointed. I will never be taking a cruise on Enchantment of the Seas again. They had workers on deck 9 (pool deck) doing consruction and all you could hear was hammering and electric sanding on metel and it was very LOUD.

I avoided deck 9 (poll deck). My granddaughter wanted to swim but I could not stand all the noise of hammering and electric sanders on medal the whole time. The table on that deck were filthy. No workers to clean them and keep them up. Very disappointed. They did NOT care about their guests. I would NOT recommend Enchantment of the Seas.

I do NOT recommend cruising on Enchantment of the Seas. I have cruised on many different ships over the years. This was the worst one. Dirty. Noisy construction.
