YOUR STAFF WAS WONDERFUL. YOUR SHIP NEEDS ALOT OF MAINTENENCE AND CLEANING WE FELT LIKE IT WAS OLD AND STINKY AND THE CASINO HAD OLD TOBACCO SMELL I FELT LIKE I WAS ON A CHEAP STINKY OLD SHIP

AJAX AND DOUGLAS WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND MAKE OUR DINNERS FUN AND EXCITING!!!

YOU COULD NOT SEE THROUGH ANY WINDOWS!!! THEY WERE SOOOO DIRTY. VACCUUMS AND CLEANING STUFFIN HALLS ALL THE TIME EXCEPT AFTER 10 PM NOT VERY INVITING.

YOU PUT 2 ADULTS WITH A BABY NEXT TO US WITH A BALCONY WE NEVER COULD USE BECAUSE THE BABY CRIED NIGHT AND DAY. KIDS ARE RUNNING UP AND DOWN HALL. ADULTS SHOULD BE IN ONE AREA AND FAMILIES IN A OTHER. THIS WAS HORRIBLE!!!

PUT FAMILIES IN ONE AREA NEWLYWEDS AND PAIR ADULTS IN ANOTHER !!!I IT WOUOLD HAVE BEEN PERFECT.

I don’t think any cruise line puts adults in one area and families in another area on ships. Enchantment is a older ship but we enjoyed our time on her. I have had adults in a room next to me before that fought all night every night. So kids are not the only ones who make noise. We try to cruise when kids are in school so not to much noise for the children but with more kids being home schooled there does seem to be more kids on cruises. Not sure of your age but if you need a quieter ship try Holland America. Older crowd and lots quieter.
