Enchantment of the Seas Cruise Reviews - Reviews

I have been on many cruises in which this one has been utterly horrific and terrible! I typically do not write reviews, but I feel that it my duty as a frequent cruiser to help your organization improve in the areas that need serious work. Again, I don't like to complain, but what is right is right! Lastly, I met quite a bit of first time cruisers that were not happy about the conditions and or their experience. I will not travel on your ship until Royal Caribbean resolves the issues that I explained in my ratings.

Horrible 1st impression of Royal Caribbean. Probably will not cruise with them again.

This was are seventh time on the Enchantment of the seas. We are happy they bought to Texas. She is still and great ship.

The cruise itself was pretty good. The company not so much. We didn't get to go to half of our destination because of weather and wasn't reimburse anything

Good cruise, didn't go to Costa Maya but enjoyed the overnight in Cozumel

All and all the Enchantment of the Seas is an older ship but RC has kept the ship in good shape. I would recommend this cruise for couples or even family. We took my mother and 5 year old daughter and they treated us great and we had no issues. Thanks and Royal Caribbean for another great cruise. We have our next one booked for Alaska already.

Update and cleanup ship or retire it. I know it hasn't been in Texas long. It should GB have been refurbished before coming to Texas

The staff on board was very sweet and made cruise very nice.

The food could have been better in the main dining and it closed during meal change overs from breakfast to lunch. If you slept in you missed breakfast.

This was my first cruise out of Galveston. The Enchantment of the Seas was beautiful inside the ship and you can tell a recent refresh had been completed. The exterior of the ship is showing its age, but overall the entire experience was excellent.

This was our very first Cruise, my family and I will definitely come back to Royal Caribbean, they treated us like ROYALTY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Cruise line.

We really enjoyed the cruise with the exception the cabin. The smell was awful and didn’t allow me to relax and enjoy my stateroom. All of our belongings had a horrible smell when we returned home....EVERYTHING had to be washed and/or deodorizer.

The entire staff very kind, hard workers, and always smiling.

The service and entertainment was stellar. The ports are good. The ship itself could use some sprucing up. Even old can be painted and tidy looking. I would go again.

We loved our waiter in the main dining room. He helped to make this trip one we will never forget!!!

We had a terrific time on our first cruise sailing with our family group! There was plenty to do during the length of our trip, the food was good, and we loved the staff! Can’t wait to go again!

This was a dream come true for me as I have always wanted to take a cruise. I finally convinced my husband and the rest is history.we all had such a great time and this first experience didnt disappoint. We are now cruise people and we will go again.
