I have been on many cruises in which this one has been utterly horrific and terrible! I typically do not write reviews, but I feel that it my duty as a frequent cruiser to help your organization improve in the areas that need serious work. Again, I don't like to complain, but what is right is right! Lastly, I met quite a bit of first time cruisers that were not happy about the conditions and or their experience. I will not travel on your ship until Royal Caribbean resolves the issues that I explained in my ratings.

The buffet was closed several times through day on the cruise. The buffet set up unorganized without any traffic structure to reduce congestion. The hamburgers and hot dogs were not freshly mad in which they let them sit under a heat lamp for a long period of time. In fact, the hamburgers had cheese on them while laying out for the cold and dryness in the air to deteriorate them. The specialty pizza area was not open 24 hours and the salad bar across from it had brown lettuce.

There was no basketball court and the pools for the kids and the hot tubs looked very unsanitary. For example, the sprinkling water was not running, kids were laying on the pool tile and left a lot of trash on it.

I went to the bar on the 11th floor in which someone spilled a drink on the dance floor. The did not rope the entire section off to reduce the possibility of a safety hazard in which someone walked in between the opening of the rope and danced in the middle of the spill. A short deutsche speaking female seemed like she did not want to be there in which people were complaining about her attitude. I did not enjoy it at all!!

The ship seemed to be an old ship that they should've stop sailing a long time ago. If I had the opportunity to upload a picture of the non-cleanliness of the ship, I would show you a picture I took of a huge dead roach in the cabin hallway. Lastly, one row of elevators did not work the entire time.

The overall comfort, size, and cleanliness of was good.
The excursion to in Progresso to beach was great in which I took the bus from the port to another location to the beach. The part of taking to buses to get to a particular location was unacceptable.
Last time we sailed on her. It had a basketball area. Yes she is old. But we enjoyed our time. I don't think you are a frequent cruiser, no cruises listed. Apparently you didn't complain to Royal Caribbean. Just saying

For example the basketball court that would be on the deck plans, dining which states Windjammer is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and no 24 hour pizza listed. Cruising is not for everyone but if you ever try it again in the future prior to booking research to see what they have to offer first. The roach thing is gross though.

Who are you complaining to? This is not a cruise line site. I am doubting your cruise history based on your comments and no previous cruises listed. You will get more credibility by listing your previous cruises and not bashing everything about the cruise line. Nothing is ever all good or all bad. Extreme reviews get ignored as being either fake or posted by someone with a grudge against the cruise line.
