Review summary

The service and entertainment was stellar. The ports are good. The ship itself could use some sprucing up. Even old can be painted and tidy looking. I would go again.

The ship is old and needs paint and cleaning up. The front of the ship had a place visible to all that looked like a junkyard.

Comfortable and clean but the bathroom was very small. No place to store your personal items.

Ship tip

Go to every activity and see what it’s like. We missed a lot of fun by not attending things that did not sound enticing. They make every activity so much fun. The cruise director and his staff are super.

This port is only good if you go on an excursion. A visit to the ruins or just taking a taxi to Merida is a great experience.

We shopped and snorkeled here. The trip on the Palancar to snorkel and see the starfish was a highlight of the trip. The rough seas kept us from the starfish sanctuary but we went somewhere else. It was a blast. I was with teens and every age loved it.
