Review summary

We really enjoyed the cruise with the exception the cabin. The smell was awful and didn’t allow me to relax and enjoy my stateroom. All of our belongings had a horrible smell when we returned home....EVERYTHING had to be washed and/or deodorizer.

Terrible...terrible smell the entire cruise. Smelled like mildew and my allergies were at their worst. I complained the moment I approached my room. The smell was outside and inside the cabin. I went to the front desk and spoke with a supervisor....they didn’t send anyone to check it out but told me they would take care of it. They attempted to deodorize....but that didn’t take care of it. I complained to my room attendant on the 2nd day and the supervisor again the 3rd day.....the problem was never resolved and I didn’t receive a new room. This definitely discourages me from going on another cruise with Royal Caribbean.
