The cruise company cannot control the weather or other issues that may cause you to miss a port. The only refund due is any port charges you had already paid for that port.

You don’t get your money back for a missed port( if this review is even legitimate). You only get port fees and taxes for that particular port which may only be $8-10. It’s in your Cruise Contract that you agreed to when you booked.
