I became very sick the first day aboard the ship, about 8:30 pm. The medical staff treated me well and I was isolated (understandably) due to the nature of the sickness. Around noon the 2nd day guest services called and ask how I was doing, I answered not so good. The person speaking did not speak good English. What she wanted to know was whether I still had diarrhea and vomiting, which I did not. She interpreted my response as that I was still sick . On the morning of our excursion in Cozumel, the nurse called, asked a precise question and got a precise answer. She cleared me to leave the ship. We stood in line for 45 minutes to get off the ship. My wife checked out, they stopped me and said I had to go to medical. We missed our excursion. Needless to say it was because of vague questions from someone who spoke poor english from guest services. I was kept in isolation another 4 hrs. Never again Royal Caribbean. Oh, and by the way we were charged for things that our Credit for booking should have covered, and good luck trying to get through to anyone to clear up any problems you may have.

This was a perfect first cruise experience, and we are ready to go on another.

This year the family simply relaxed our way through the holidays. On our most recent cruise, the sunny beaches of the Caribbean awaited us for Christmas Day.

Not enough dining areas or choices. Interior cabins were much too small. Not enough to do.

I'll think I'll try a different line next time. I used Carnival last time and it had more activities and more dining options.

We really had an excellent time. Everyday there was something different to do on the ship. The food at Windjammer buffet was excellent as well as the service and food at My Fair Lady dinning room. Due to it being Christmas the ship was quite full, but the staff are very professional and were well prepared. We are going on this same ship again in March because we had so much fun and look forward to seeing some of the same crew members again.

This was a great trip, the service was great and the food was even better

Definitely will be cruising again in the future. We had a great time even if the weather was chilly and rainy.

It was a nice break. The seas were rough. Couldn't go outside really until the first sea day. Everything was good. I feel Progreso is not a good stop because there doesn't seem to be anything to do there.

Had fun was a bit rocky first day at sea. Had to get meclazine from the clinic. Cupcake decorating wasn’t worth the money

It was a great Royal Caribbean trip. Wonderful entertainment, great food and the staff was excellent. This was a very organized ship who went the extra mile to make this a great trip for us.

Great last mintue get away! Was nice but not Liberty of the Sea! I would go again if the price was right.

Overall experience was okay. Ship was small, entertainment was not the caliber of other cruises we have sailed on. The staff was excellent, food was good but not outstanding. Chops Grille was a huge disappointment and definitely not worth it.

Please add more choices for vegetarians in the main dining room. Just having one dish on the menu leaves no choice if you don't like the ingredients.

Overall the cruise was good. I just wish the gratuities and drink pkgs. weren't so expensive

This was my son and wife first cruise married July 2019 they charged them twice and took it off but when they got home they recharge them again so now talking to their bank bout the charges and it was embarrassing when they were get off the ship was told they needed to go back to customer service dispute on the bill stand in a long line again because they had already straight out the bill they night before no compensation bill yet not right

Love Royal Caribbean but this ship need retired for dry docked and redone completely!
