Review summary

We really had an excellent time. Everyday there was something different to do on the ship. The food at Windjammer buffet was excellent as well as the service and food at My Fair Lady dinning room. Due to it being Christmas the ship was quite full, but the staff are very professional and were well prepared. We are going on this same ship again in March because we had so much fun and look forward to seeing some of the same crew members again.

Incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive staff. The staff is the reason we have booked another cruise in March on this same ship.

They are constantly cleaning and keeping up with maintenance. The ship was built in 1997 so decor is a bit dated.

Cabin / Stateroom

Nice sided Jr Suite with balcony. The room was well taken care of by our attendant. However, the mattress was one of the worst we’ve slept on in years. Springs popping out and lumpy. The vanity chair was very unstable. Sofa and club chairs old and stained. Most likely all the same furniture since ‘97.

The usual crowded tourist shops so you’re accosted as soon as you enter. Advice we received from one of the crew was, next time take a taxi to the old downtown. Shops and restaurants are much less expensive and less crowded.
