Review summary

This was my son and wife first cruise married July 2019 they charged them twice and took it off but when they got home they recharge them again so now talking to their bank bout the charges and it was embarrassing when they were get off the ship was told they needed to go back to customer service dispute on the bill stand in a long line again because they had already straight out the bill they night before no compensation bill yet not right

we did not see room steward until the second day we wanted our bed separated and the bathroom smell like sewage

sometimes there were no one to clean the tables and some was rude when asking for some items

when we did see the steward we ask for ice never did get it u could smell raw sewage and some time the commode did not flush and bathroom very small
