First-time cruisers was a easy organized experience from the planning phase to returning to port would recommend to anyone!

We had a great cruise and we will definitely be using Royal Caribbean in the future. We will try a newer ship next time though. we got to Cozumel we saw what the new ships look like and they are humongous.

This was my second cruise in the Enchantment. It's a great cruise for relaxation.

We will probably not cruise again. This was our first cruise and tried to talk to agent about another cruise to give cruising and Royal Caribbean another try. Due to agents treatment of us, we will not cruise Royal Caribbean again.

The overall ship experience was good but I booked my cruise through Cruise.com and they promise that they will provide $150 onboard credit but I only received $100 which as wrong. The booking is done by BECKIE BOYKIN of cruise.com and i follow up with her but could not get any response or update after checking. So be careful while doing the booking through CRUISE.com.

The experience overall was wonderful! Would recommend this cruise for anyone who just want's to get away from the city life for a few days!

Our 2 table waitresses, LaLa & Anastasia, at the formal dining room (table 192) made the whole cruise enjoyable & worthwhile! You need to promote them! They were some of the most caring people I have ever encountered, in my 69 years.

not happy with the room and the amount I paid for the 3rd person. food is good. entertainment is fairly low.

I wouldn't travel on the Enchantment again but their class 5 ships apparently have tons of activities

Overall this trip was beyond my expectations and one I'll never forget.

Great price for this trip. Had a great time. Only changes I would make is that several events overlapped on all the days. I booked something and it overlapped an activity. The drink package was over rated and over priced. I don't drink liquor or coke and it was a waste to buy for two and only one of us could drink. The prices are too high. Create optional drinking packages. Possibly get 4 mixed drinks and a shot for $$ or 10 mixed drinks and 2 cokes a day for $$ and charge for anything over that. great room service, great dining experience in all restaurants, buffet, and snack bar areas. Great fun productions, shows, games, music. A lot of activities.

From the first step on the boat to the last everything was perfect!

this was a great trip for my family as instead of buying Christmas presents i decided to give them a cruise for a present. so it was a great holiday to be had

Even though this was the smallest and oldest ship we sailed on; it was the very best cruise we have taken. The staff is amazing!!

I became very sick the first day aboard the ship, about 8:30 pm. The medical staff treated me well and I was isolated (understandably) due to the nature of the sickness. Around noon the 2nd day guest services called and ask how I was doing, I answered not so good. The person speaking did not speak good English. What she wanted to know was whether I still had diarrhea and vomiting, which I did not. She interpreted my response as that I was still sick . On the morning of our excursion in Cozumel, the nurse called, asked a precise question and got a precise answer. She cleared me to leave the ship. We stood in line for 45 minutes to get off the ship. My wife checked out, they stopped me and said I had to go to medical. We missed our excursion. Needless to say it was because of vague questions from someone who spoke poor english from guest services. I was kept in isolation another 4 hrs. Never again Royal Caribbean. Oh, and by the way we were charged for things that our Credit for booking should have covered, and good luck trying to get through to anyone to clear up any problems you may have.

This was a perfect first cruise experience, and we are ready to go on another.
