Review summary

This was my second cruise in the Enchantment. It's a great cruise for relaxation.

Smooth embarkation.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
I ate at in the MDR the first two nights. Ordered room service the third night. Park Place for snacks and the Windjammer the Windjammer for all other meals. The food was very good at all venues.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Solirium is blessing. Adult only and very quiet.

5 out of 5
I didn't go to the shows but enjoyed the live music. The activities were short and fun. Some of the larger events should have been held in larger venues.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Outstanding! The room was always clean and everyone was so helpful.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Easy to get around. It does need a few upgrades. Painting and decor. The plastic plants around the Solirium looked dated.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Great location and quiet. Next time I'm going to ask to have the couch removed or to separate the beds into two twins. It's difficult to get in and out of the queen size bed.

Ship tip

Buy a water package or bring a large drinking cup. The filtered air will make you parched. Also, The Key makes your trip so much better!

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

I enjoyed a resort while in Cozumel but did not book it through the ship.

Easy disembarkation. Especially with the Key.
