The ship was very clean and beautifully decorated. The amenities (i.e.; pool, theater, bars, etc.) were great! The Solarium Pool roof was not operational because repairs were being done on some windows in the Sky Lounge. This was a major disappointment because it got very hot and stuffy in the pool area during the day.

Our (4 of us) flight was delayed and we called the ship ahead to let them know. They were not very encouraging and said we could join them at the first port - in 2 days. We called as we were driving to the dock just minutes before the scheduled departure time. Our friends saw us on the dock as they floated away. The ship was no more than 30 feet from the dock when we got out of the car at 5:03. Thanks Royal Caribbean! The first port was in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, two days later. Believe me, you don't want to spend any extra time in Ocho Rios, especially being the only tourist. Very poor, very eager to sell you anything. We spent another $200/each to fly to Montego Bay, another $100 to be driven to the dock and another $70 for a seedy tenament housing project for our first night in Jamaica. We won't be coming back right away.

The ship was beautiful. It was and adventure all of its own as we explored all of the decks!

I was happy with the size of the ship, but I thought our cabin was run-down looking. Our friend's cabin smelled so awful from cigarrette smoking and the staff did try washing down the walls and spraying, but it still had a smoke odor. The food and service were wonderful most of the time.

I think that this particular ship was geared towards older folks and families with children. I would not have salied if I had known that.

We had a great time on this ship. The staff was so nice and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

The ship was nice with alot of activities, bingo, pools, rock wall, etc. The staff could have been nicer. It was hard to get a coke that you had paid for at the beginning of the cruise, the staff seemed to want the tip from ordering a different drink. Overall it was nice. Relaxing during the days at sea.

The ship was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff took very good care of us.

It was a great ship. The staff did a fantanstic job at everything from cooking, cleaning, to entertainment. It was very clean and roomy. The only thing that I found wrong was the fact the adults could not enjoy the pool The children basicly took it over with jumping over your head and kicking you I love kids but they should have adult supervision

All was well, until there was a fire that started a couple of rooms down from ours. Thankfully no one was injured but we had to tolerate the smell of smoke, stepping over and around workmen and walking halfway around the ship to get to our rooms. The staff at guest services were not very helpful. They only offered to have our clothes cleaned. Several rooms had to be moved, but ours was not. No one from the ship staff went out of their way to explain what was going on, only to make an announcement that some people would have to be moved. We felt very ignored and had to avoid our room for the entire evening to avoid the strong smell of smoke. If it wasn't for the fire, we would have had an excellent experience. The food wasn't as good as other cruise lines. The dining room staff more than made up for it. We were not impressed with the excursions that the cruise line offered but were able to find our own.

The ship was massive, but quite easy to get around. It was really a great experience.

What ever you do dont take a cruise on this ship it is a step down from Carnival. This cruise line has really sunk to new levels

This was my first time cruising. We decided to cruise on the "Enchantment of the Seas" because it fit into our time schedule. I was nervous, but as soon as I stepped foot on the ship I was instantly relieved and comfortable. The ship is huge and beautiful. You never feel like you are on a "ship". The food was excellent, the spa was delightful and the entertainment was good too. We also used the "Adventure of the Seas" children's club, and were pleased as well.

The ships was very clean and updated. Spacious enough that you did not feel like you were on top of other guests (ie: we had our own space) Things to do for all ages (15 months to 80 years old)

From the time we got on the ship we could tell it was not the caliber of previous cruises - this was our fourth. The attentiveness was not there, the communication was short and almost rude. I had problems with my sea pass account four days out of five, as the same issue kept cropping up. Even after returning home, there were charges from another ship on my account. The steward would knock on one of our stateroom doors, we had three, and without waiting for a response would walk in. I was traveling with my five daughters, so this was quite disturbing. The ship had run out of the soda cups the first night and were not available until after dinner the second night and they still wanted us to pay full price, even though we had lost a day and a half and the cup is advertised at $4.00 a day. We had ordered a bottle of dessert wine to have after dinner and without fail, it was served at the beginning of the meal every night. While they were pouring the wine, we would tell them, it was to be served with dessert and they would continue to pour. It was very frustrating trying to communicate with anyone on the ship. The only person that was remotely attentive was the head waiter.

We had lots of fun, the entertainment and attractions were delightful, the waiters and people who work on the ship were very nice and curtious, this was the best experience of our lives!

i really enjoyed this ship everyone was so nice it is smaller than explorer of the sea, however small is some times good. the customer service was excellent. the lighting and everything was good. i like the fact that you had a choice of a salt water pool or chlorine.

The ship was extremely clean and well maintained. Some of the elevator buttons did not work, but other than it was lovely.

good value for what you get. Jamaica was a dissapointment. Pushy people and so much poverty. As we were leaving to go back to ship, young children were begging for money. very sad
