Great Time to Relax by CathyA35137482

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

The crew was exceptionally polite, the ship was immaculate and everything seemed to have run on time. I personally think that the pricing of the 'cruise' pictures taken of your passengers should of been more reasonable which in turn more people would of purchased more photos.

Wow, what a feeling! by aT492373415

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

I would recommend this cruise line to anyone and everyone. It is for the young and the old. All walks of life are there and you get to meet new people. The service was outstanding and the staff was friendly. I was well informed about the different land excursions the night before. The who and what of every question was answered.

ROYAL CARRIBEAN IS THE BEST! by JoshL3

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean

Our cabin was very clean, and we loved the animals they make with the towels. Our waiters, and assistant waiters were so funny, full of personality, and give you whatever you want to eat! The pool bar is fun! Very nice to enjoy all of the drinks on the pool side. The complete ship was beautiful. The ship is spotless! There are people always cleaning. You drop something, they pick it up before you can get to it. AMAZING!! What amazing shows that they have to offer. So entertaining, and such wonderful singers. You will always have a hard time trying to pick what to do, there is something for everybody, and CASINO ROYAL is awesome!

A Good Cruise - But Less Than Expected by JamesS4

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean

Ship was clean and well maintained. Some procedures (check-in, muster drill, disembarkation) were significantly improved over prior cruises. Temperatures inside the ship (especially our stateroom and the formal dining hall) were frequently too hot. Formal dining meals had some great items (e.g. the garlic tart), but the food in general was not what we had come to expect on Royal Caribbean. The fare in the food court was ok, but tended toward bland tastes. Staff we encountered were enthusiastic, hard working and friendly. However, we didn't see much staff in the lounges so it took a long time to order a drink.

Royal Caribbean Delivered by AdamM3

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

I thought the ship was in very good condition. There wasn't a great deal of wear or evidence of age if you weren't looking for it. The deck was clean, dining room was elegant and the theatres and casino were all well-kept.

A lovely break from reality by AnnaW4

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

This cruise is perfect for people looking to relax at the pool and be entertained with little personal effort. There were few children on my trip and tons of REALLY fun people ready to have a good time. For how much my boyfriend and I paid the food was good, although not quite as good as the luxury cruise lines. There was lots of variety though. Unfortunately due to swine flu we were not able to go to Cozumel, and our boat was also not able to go to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, so instead we went to Montego, Jamaica. The locals were annoying at this port, and it was 1 and 1/2 hour bus ride to Dunn River Falls. That was just bad luck though! Our waiter was great, but unfortunately he served us last out of all his tables so dinner usually lasted till 10:30. One employee at the casino cashier counter was very rude as well, but she had a testy customer before me. Nothing could beat our cruise director though. He was hilarious, and he and his staff hosted really entertaining games during the day at the pool and game shows at night. The pool waiters were good as well, but stretched a little thin. Our room was wonderful and well cleaned, and some other cruisers and I had great luck at the casino! Overall Royal Caribbean was a great deal.

500 ways to spend more money by MilanK

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

The ship was nice-my balcony room needed new furniture-very dated and stained. The entertainment was very good as well as the food. I was surprised that the cost of drinks and the shops did not go down once we were in international waters with no tax or duty. Charging for Ben and Jerry Ice Cream seemed to be gouging guests with kids. When we could not go to Cozumel (Flu scare) we spent another day at sea-no reduced pricing-captive audience. Also, their specialty restaurant required $25/person to eat there which is outrageous, considering all the money you have spent already. They were very accommodating in changing our table away from the kitchen and giving us a much better location.

It was an ok cruise by JamesF8

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Western

IT WAS AN OK CRUISE. I THOUGHT THEY COULD HAVE LEFT YOU HAVE MORE TIME AT THE PORT OF CALLS. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY WANTED YOU TO SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THE SHIP. MOST OF THE EXTRAS ATIVITYS ON OUR DAYS AT SEA WERE AT THE CASINO.

Great itinery by SharonR14

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Southern

This was my second cruise on this ship. I was on the inaugural sailing years ago before they expanded the ship.Since it was a Central/South America cruise it was very geared to things latino, which was great! They had salsa, merengue and tango lessons and in the evening music to practice your new dance steps.

Top quality top value Caribbean cruise by RichardB4

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Southern

We booked this Southern Caribbean cruise with , and were thoroughly pleased with the quality and value of our vacation. For the price of a 'sea-view' cabin we got a 'junior suite' with an external balcony and lots of space inside - better than most hotel rooms.
