5 Night Western Caribbean (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip)
Sail Date: May 25, 2009
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Couple

The crew was exceptionally polite, the ship was immaculate and everything seemed to have run on time. I personally think that the pricing of the 'cruise' pictures taken of your passengers should of been more reasonable which in turn more people would of purchased more photos.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
I wasnt overly excited with the food in the dining room. It was average at best with little seasonings for taste and the presentation of the food was below average. The dining room itself was beautiful.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Great entertainment. Would of liked more of the "Oldies', music but we adapted.
OUR CRUISE DIRECTOR WAS FABULOUS AND IT WAS SAD TO HEAR THAT HE WAS LEAVING

Service and Staff

Above and Beyond is the best way to describe. OUR WAITER WAS PHENOMIINAL

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
This ship was extremely clean and elegantly decorated.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Wonderful stateroom, spacious enough for 2, and the crew made sure that it was kept nice and clean. The size was perfect and the bath area was large enough for two people unlike another cruise line that I was on, you couldnt move

Pros: A great diversified group of people and the friendliness of the crew

Cons: A large ship with not nearly enough lounge chairs at the poolside
