The ships engines were really quit. Could hardly feel any motion. Theater shows were great. Food was excellant. We have been on 22 cruises and this ship was the most quit running and stable so far.

Ship is very nice; rooms clean, comfortable and roomy for a cruise ship (we had private balcony room). Would prefer no smoking allowed on any balconies. Rock wall & bungee excellent for teens; even teen programs pretty good (family contests were fun). Lots of variety of places to hang out (lounges, library all very comfortable). Gym very nice.

This was my first cruise and I was glad it was for 9 nights and not shorter. The beginning and end were each two days at sea, with the stops in ports in between. This allowed for some "down time" so we could relax and not have to be scrambling to get to tours. The ship is beautiful and well taken care of, with good responsive staff and good food. My tours overall were well organized and on time, but it would have been nice to have had more time to explore. The Labadee stop was terrific, I wish we had had more time there to just enjoy the water and amenities. Good vacation value for the money and a treat to be able to drive from my home to the Baltimore port and just get on the ship. I will cruise again.

A super five day trip - just long enough to feel like a true vacation without being gone for a long time! The ship was well organized, had a great rock wall and jump zone, and fabulous food. The time in Bermuda was excellent - do not miss Horshoe Bay! It is the best beach!!!! Snorkel Park, even though easy to reach from the ship, is not nearly as good as taking the time to get to the most beautiful beach, with clear water down to your feet - that is Horshoe Bay...

Excellent food, service and cleanliness. This is my 5th cruise and my third with Royal Caribbean. I like Royal the best of all the cruise lines.

This was just absolutely a ridiculous waste of time and money. The ports were nasty and depressing and UNSAFE!!! HORRIBLE vacation!

The ship was very nice, and the crew was extremely friendly and helpful. The dining room is beautiful. The menu selections were excellent.

The staff aboard the Enchantment was outstanding!!!! The talent of the singers and dancers in the Production Shows was Broadway quality (especially Janelle)! Our dining waiter, assistant waiter and room crew were outstanding! The staff on the coral reef excursion (and whole experience on the catamaran) was great! s.

My husband and I have taken a cruise every tenth anniverasy. We have seen Royal Carribean ships docked or departing the dock on the last two cruises we took and decided to travel with them for our thirty year anniversary. The Enchantment of the Seas is beautiful! You have to see it because the web photos do not give an accurate picture of how comfortable and clean the staterooms are; a couple of days it would have been easy not to leave the room! The staff is friendly and always around when you need them. The dining room staff wil turn flips to make sure you are happy with your menu selection. The entertaiment was awesome - standing room only on most shows! We met several interesting people both on the cruise and at port. We have not decided where we will go next or which carrier we will cruise with but it will definitely not take another 10 years to go back out to sea!

I had a geat time even though no golfing was on this ship(I was under the impression that it was) All in all I had a great time. Breafast, lunch and dinner where great, had a great great time. My wife had fun, we actual renew our vows on the island. So the trip was really one that we will always remember.

The ship was nicely appointed but lacked the amenities afforded by other cruise lines. The staff seemed to struggle with the simplest tasks, and thus, frequently leaving passengers less than satisfied.

We are sad that more ships aren't coming in and out of Norfolk Virginia.

We had a wonderful time on this cruise. We loved the latin feel of the whole experience. The food was very good. We enjoyed all the entertainment. We did not get any of the excursions offered on the ship because they were quite pricey. We went on tripadvisor and booked all of our excursions on our own.

I had a good impression of this ship. I would cruise again in this ship but with another itinerary.

The ship appeared tired: maintenance was needed, kept having plumbing issues (toilets not flushing, bathroom drain kept flooding the bathroom. Numerous employees seemed to be fairly unhappy, many were very friendly (mostly the housecleaning and servers in bars and dining rooms other than the main dining room seemed the least happy). we were in a junior suite and had plenty of room and balcony was great.
