This was the first cruise we brought our young son on, and he loved it. However, we adults were less enthused, mostly due to awful weather the last 2 days. The Enchantment does not handle 11 foot seas well, and for the first time ever, we wanted the cruise to end early. The ship itself is showing signs of age, but it’s still well maintained. We were told by multiple crew that this voyage was overbooked, and it definitely felt full. LOTS of families with kids aboard likely due to the timing before Christmas. For our next trip with our son, we’ll likely opt for one with more variety in activities, even though this port offers the convenience factor.

They need to be more accommodating for their Diamond members and fill those drinks up!

It was really nice even though I got covid and was quarantined room service and Allen my room guy took great care of me. Doctor was excellent and nurse called every day.

Overall I enjoyed the Cruise very much. It was a little too long for me though.

My husband and I really enjoyed this cruise. We are in our early 70's, and I do most of my moving about in a scooter. This ship is the perfect size for us. The smaller size allows you to get to know both the crew and the other passengers. This 12 night itinerary gave us 6 sea days to just relax, although there were plenty of daily activities. I would definitely sail on this ship again.

Main dining was superb. Great choices and exceptional staff service. We paid for the soda package, but the dispensers were frequently out of our desired flavors and when working, the flavors were not mixed right. We eventually purchased 2-liter bottles to consume. We have and are requesting a refund of the soda packages.

The cruise was fun even though we missed the last two ports due to a hurricane. The crew and entertainment team went above and beyond after the port cancelations.

Hands down the worst cruise I’ve taken. I have had over 15 cruises when we took this but ship was older and activities were not well planned. Ship staff were amazing but the itinerary changed due to hurricane and instead of 7 days in sunshine we ended up in freezing choppy water.

Overall, my cruise was good. We missed 2 ports because of a storm so we ended up having 4 straight sea days. I personally enjoy sea days so I wasn’t bothered by it. The ship is small but intimate. I really like the solarium but you have to get there early! It was a good area for relaxing. The cruise director, Eric, really stood out. He is the best of any cruise director I have experienced on other RCCL ships.

The ships entertainment was lacking. Boring music. The games on cruise were lame and the guests on won highlighter☹️ Need more variety. The food and staff were awesome and so was bermuda

We ended with a great cruise experience. We just had a few hiccups along the way but it didn’t stop us from having a good vacation.

We enjoyed everything about this cruise. The only negative that I would mention is the volume of the live music on the pool deck. I like the sound turned up but it is too extreme. You cannot talk to the person next to you when the live bank is playing. Other than that this was a great cruise!

We loved Bermuda so much that we agree we will need to go again. Even with 48 hours in port we still only did a fraction of stiff to see and do.

Only negative was embarkation which we are aware was not staffed by RCC. Hopefully it will be better next cruise.

This was my 17th cruise,My very first cruise was July 2012 Enchantment of the Seas from Baltimore to Bermuda.

Amazing itinerary and cruise. All the ports were great, no duds. The ship is cozy and beautiful. One of the best cruises we've been on.

Overall, we had a good time but probably won't do this cruise again. Next time we'll take a road trip to visit the Northeast.

We were blessed with great weather, sunny daily, but very chilly in places. Ship staff was wonderful and friendly. Great smooth sailing. Three ports were ruined due to poor planning by RCCL with tenders, etc. Although it did seem to us that a lot of older folks would queue all day to do a two hour excursion. This is why we almost never take ship's excursions. We take the cruises for the ports, not to wait in line. Guest Services did seem a bit uncaring of this, as they said several times, "Don't worry this won't take long - just a few hours." I hate to think of what their idea of a long time would be! Have not had this problem on other cruise lines.

Loved the crew, the food and Bermuda. Would do it again on a different ship.
