Review summary

We ended with a great cruise experience. We just had a few hiccups along the way but it didn’t stop us from having a good vacation.

Service and Staff

I can’t say enough about the dining room staff! Charles and his crew were great and totally made our vacation!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The public’s bathrooms were always clean and well maintained. It is an older ship. So there were some rust areas but you could see them continuously working to fix the ship and make it better during the trip.

Cabin / Stateroom

The biggest issue was our bathroom. They were fixing our shower drain when we arrived and the floor outside the bathroom remained wet for three days of our cruise. Then we had an issue with the hot water and had to go to guest services to have that fixed. Cold showers are not my favorite.

Ports of call

Baltimore, Maryland

5 out of 5
These was the smoothest port experience that I have had. It wasn’t crowded and we didn’t have to wait in line at all.

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

Another easy and quick experience.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
The actual disembarkation was smooth. The lining up to disembark was confusing and crowded. I think everyone was ready to get off the ship at the same time and frustrated, including the staff trying to corral
