Everything that was advertised about the Enchantment of the Seas were correct. I had a great time with all the activities that were presented. The comedy was excellent. The pool was enticing and the food was delicious. The waiters for Table 58 were exceptional!!!! Loved it and will be cruising with Royal Carribean again in the near future. Can't wait!!!

The ship was beautiful.

I will start with the ship we were on. It was beautiful, clean and fun. The crew were very accomadating. The cabin was clean and neat. We had the best waitress on the ship. She was funny, personable and accomadating to our needs and wants. The resturants on board the ship were top notch. We wanted to do the Chops Grille and we had to go on a waiting list. We were lucky to get the reservation on the last nite on the ship and it was well worth the wait. I have dined at a few fine resturants and the service in Chops is comensurate with that experience all the way. The shore excursions were good but I wish we had a little more time in Cozumel and Key West. Of course I didn't really want the experience to end so I guess that isn't really a complaint. Anyway, I highly recommend a cruise and the Royal Carribean is the cruise line of choice from now on. Since this is my first cruise, I may be a little biased but it was really great. Thank you to all including the captian and our waitress hows name I can't mention but shes from Hungury.

This was my very first cruise and now that I am home I am ready to set sail again! It was the most wonderful and relaxing vacation I have ever taken. Since I had never been on a cruise before, I had no idea what to expect once I stepped on the ship. The beauty of the Enchantment of the Seas was breath taking and much more than I expected. I traveled with my husband and two teenage daughters along with many other members of my family. The one thing I can say is that I never worried about my kids while on board. There were many activities for them and they were always busy doing something. The staff on the ship went above and beyond their duties to make our trip a very relaxing experience. I enjoyed the pool deck at night and the many evening activities that were available. My most memorable experience the playing the "Quest" game. That was something that will remain with me for a lifetime. The food was extraordinary and there was always something to appeal to every taste. The shows were out of this world and very entertaining. Our rooms were very neat and homey. I felt they were layed out very well and there was something for everything. I enjoyed all the ports where we stopped and all the excrusions that were available. I would highly recommend this ship for anyone that is a first time cruiser or someone that has been on many cruises. The staff was extra special, the ship's cleaniness was extraordinary and my experience fulfilled all expectations of a first time cruiser. The memories that I have from my first cruise will last a lifetime.

The Enchantment of the Seas was a beautiful ship. I had a very nice relaxing time, but as two single girls I think we were looking for a little more fun. It seemed to be a lot of couples and children. I also felt like there were not a lot of activities for us to partake in. The specialty restaurant Chops Grille was excellent, I highly recommend this. Overall it was a nice experience.

We had a wonderful time. The ship was beautiful and the service was excellent. This was our first time on Royal Caribbean; I have been on seven cruises with other lines prior but this will be the only cruise line we take for now on. The service was great and EVERYONE was so friendly and accommodating. The food was great and there was lots of variety. The ship was impeccably clean. From the time we stepped on board we had a great time. The casino was very generous to us, we won twice in there. On one of the other nights we danced the night away in the nightclub and had a blast. The DJ was great playing a variety of music. I even requested a song and he played it right away. We also enjoyed several games of Bingo but with no luck this time, came away empty handed. The cocktails were always made with care and tasted great. We also had some great meals in the Windjammer. We enjoyed ourselves all four nights in the dining room. The food was exceptional every night. The last night of the cruise we went to the "Adult Scavenger Hunt" and have never had so many laughs in one hour. That is something not to miss if offered. All in all our experience was excellent and we are already planning our next trip. The boat was so worth the money, a beautiful ship with endless possiblities for food and entertainment.

It was my first Royal Caribbean cruise, and I would do another one. The ship was clean, nicely designed, and the service was great.

The service was incredible they made my family and I fell like royalty. The ship was very well maintained and cleaned. I especially like that before entering the windjammer dining area. There was a sanitizing bottle machine for you to clean you hands before entering to prevent contamination of any sort. I was truly impress by there care of keeping a clean and healthy vacation for everyone.

WE RELAXED FOR THE MOST PART. IF YOU COULD HAVE JUST ONE LOUNGE FOR THE ADULTS ONLY, WE WOULD HAVE ENJOYED SOME ENTERTAINMENT A LITTLE MORE. THE BOAT WAS CLEAN AND FRIENDLY. IT WAS A PERFECT GETAWAY AND FEEL IT HAS THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK.

Lemonade was only ofterred on one end of the ship. Even my husband whom complain to me about that thought it really wasn't that big of a deal. So that is the only complaint. That says alot about the ship

I thought the ship was very clean. The majority of workers were super-polite and always going out of their way to help.

The only thing I will complain about is the hallway walking into the Spotlight lounge. Right outside the lounge were restrooms and the carpet was always wet so the hallway always smelled. This was the only way to get into the lounge. But overall the shlip was Fantastic. CLEAN~!!! The workers were all GREAT!!! Loved it.

This ship was great. Something for everyone to do. The Pools were great. The food was great. The staterooms were wonderful. Couldn't ask for much morel The hallway walking into the Spotlight lounge always smelled and the carpet was always wet. There was a restroom right there. Don't know why it was wet but I didn't like it. That was the only area of the shlp that I could find anything wrong with. Ship was awesome

This was our very first cruise and I am so happy that we chose "Enchantment of the Seas" as she is definitely a beauty! When we first arrived on the ship at 12 noon we were treated to a wonderful buffet lunch in the Windjammer, even though our departure time wasn't until 5pm. When we went to our room we were impressed with the amount of storage, many drawers and places to hang clothes. We had room for everything and were able to store the suitcases under the bed all week. Our stateroom attendant was marvelous - he knew us by name by the second day and kept our room spotless. The meals were all delicious. The meals and the service in the dining room were so good that we didn't even take the chance to try Chops Grille - maybe next time. There were so many activities on board that it was hard to choose. The shows that we were able to attend were fantastic. Keep up the good work. We will most definitely be sailing with you again!

the newer middle section of the ship was outstanding as were most public areas

The Royal Caribbean, Enchantment of the Sea was beautiful. Although this was my first cruise, this cruise ship was specticular and so was the staff. I would highly recommend taking a cruise with this company. Thank you for the representative that assist me in planning this great vacation trip, I look forward to doing business with and your company in the near future.
