Review summary

I had so much anticipations for this cruise. While I understand that weather and water conditions couldn't be controlled, I was disappointed by the change in booked itinerary. The worst of all, was that horrible gasoline stench plaguing half of the ship for the first 3 days. It ruined the entire experience. My worst cruising experience.

I have been calling 3 days, several times a day with a concern of noxious gasoline fumes in the cabin, with nobody from the crew coming to asses a situation. Only once a call was transferred to the housekeeping department, who called me back asking if I needed a housekeeper. Guest service brushed me off, saying they had no options to accommodate me.

Noxious gasoline fumes in the cabin for the first 3 days of the trip. The air was so horrible, it was impossible to stay there at all, much less sleep the night. Thick fumes were pumped into the room through the ventilation system.
