Embarkation

So happy that we did the Key card. We got to the terminal around 10:30. Our bags were picked up the moment we got out of the taxi. The bags were tagged and then we made our way to the priority boarding line. Smooth as can be. The total time from drop off to getting onto the ship was less than 30 minutes.

We did the My Time dining but decided prior to the cruise that we would choose and set time. The first night we were sat in Victoriano and Dennis' section. After our experience with them we decided we wanted to have them the entire time on the cruise so we booked the same table for the duration of the cruise. They were both fantastic. Very engaging, attentive and extraordinarily friending and fun. Made the dining experience exceptional. We did the buffet a couple times for breakfast and lunch and it was fine. Liked the taco/mexican buffet, however it would be nice to have chips or something in addition to the flour totillas. Food overall was excellent.

Behran was our room steward. He was very attentive to our needs and provided just the right amount of service for us. If we needed something done, he would get it done and never made us feel that we were a bother to him. Great guy!! Wanted to point out a couple other people that made our experience so much more enjoyable. Allen and Hay and Paul at the pool bars--absolutely fantastic. Antonio and Francisco at the Schooner's Bar--Fantastic and as funny as can be. The chemistry that those to have together is dynamic so we couldn't wait to visit them everyday.

The ship was clean and the layout is fine. I think it would be good to update some of the furnishings and curtains in the rooms.

Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Good selection of different types of pillows, that may not be intentional but the pillows had different "levels" of firmness to them. Helps to make for a good nights sleep.
