Review summary

I was disappointed to find that almost all the beer was American. I hoped for a more European drinking experience. The food choices included regional selections which i liked. The staff were friendly as always. We enjoyed exploring the ports by ourselves. It would be so nice if there was a way to dim the lights on part of the deck to see the stars while at sea

The steak was either under cooked or over cooked. Most things were not adequately labeled for if it was gluten free. All the small desserts in windjammer that i tried were not worth eating,

The centrum music was very loud and we could not hold a conversation at the bar without shouting. Several people asked for the volume to be reduced but it was not lowered. Half of the hot tubs were out of service for cleaning starting at 7pm each night which is peak time. Many of the bars were closed by 9pm making getting a drink difficult

The air conditioner was not able to make the room cool so we were hot at night. The queen bed was actually 2 smaller beds of different height pushed together so there was an annoying hump in the middle

Ship tip

it's not like the US based cruises, everything finished our closes earlier than i expected

In my opinion the music is always too loud including the pool deck. Makes having conversations impossible.

Hopefully, you enjoyed the ports. The port intensive Mediterranean cruises are more about seeing the ports and doing excursions during the day rather than partying at night.
