I highly recommend the Enchanted and her sister ships in this class. The new Sun has a lot to live up to.

Still deciding if I would go back on a Princess Cruise, or perhaps a different line. Felt there was a lot of down time as far as the nightly entertainment was concerned. All the shows were approximately 45 minutes. They seemed to schedule a lot of events during the dinner hour. Between 6 and 7 PM. We did bid on a larger cabin and got the bid accepted to a Deluxe Balcony.

Slow, slow, slow, and full of rude old people. Bartenders were slow and rude. Food was just ok had to eat at specialty restaurant because buffet and main dining were terrible.

very service oriented. Everyone fell over each other to help.

Food was not up to par. Same food everyday for lunch buffet Desserts had no taste Whirlpool were filthy from kids peeing in them. Pools were freezing so all the little kids were in the whirlpools. People put out towels and pool clops at 7 am and went on excursions. No one sat in those chairs for hours.

4th Princess cruise. Most likely last. The fact that Princess will not police their policy of not reserving beach chairs for over 30 minutes with not using them. People still put their towels on the chairs and many times don't come back for hours. Maybe 500 chairs for 3000 people is out of line

The ship is good but using the medallion app to make reservations a study in frustration.

Loved most everything about it, very classy ship. Wasn’t happy with constantly paying for bottled water to drink Would definitely sail with Princess again!

Great cruise. Staff very personable. Food venues nice, food just mediocre. All activities in same area I would have liked it more spread out

This was our 21st cruise, many of them with Princess, and one our top five favorites! The ship was very, very comfortable, the ports were super, the staff friendly and professional, and most of all the peaceful and restful vacation we needed. Thank you for making our Christmas vacation fabulous. We are already searching for Christmas 2024.

Nice ship. Staff is friendly and rooms were clean. Food was good with a nice variety on the buffet. Upcharges for some desserts and some dining is expected but it's getting pricey. These should be all inclusives.

We did not get to Bahamas since it was too rough for tenders. We didn’t get to Martinique or St Lucia since I got the flu. Sad cruise!!!!

We enjoyed everything about the cruise but an Atlantic transit is a one and done for us. Could have accomplished just as much staying home as being stuck of a ship for five/six days crossing the Atlantic. However; talked to any number of folks who've done this numerous times and they seem to enjoy it.

The Enchanted Princess ship had lots of great food and entertainment options! The service was also very fast and responsive. I did like the GPS location service of the Medallion app that allows you to locate members of your party on the ship.

If you want to relax on a cruise then the Enchanted Princess is your ship. The ports of call will keep you moving to burn off the cruise calories and your sea days will be your time to recharge to do it all again!

My sister and I truly enjoyed our Mediterranean Cruise. The crew was great. The ship furnishings and decor were beautiful. We enjoyed the trivia and the 3 stage shows. A trip we will not forget.

There is absolutely no question that the accommodation and facilities on board the cruise were amazing. However, it was a bit of a shock missing three points in a row. I now know that it's better to book excursions while on the cruise itself, and if you do want to book in advance, it's better to do it through the cruise line since they'll refund the excursion automatically if they can't dock at the port. Despite everything, though, it was great not having to cook, clean, shop for groceries etc, and I do think there will be more Princess Cruises in our future!

This was my first cruise and really loved it. Definitely will go again. I wish all the additional charges were made known prior to going. All in all I had a great time

Very nice cruise overall. Crown Grill accommodated our last minute reservation and is our favorite specialty dining venue.

Loved it! The trip was an amazing time with great people.
