Slow, slow, slow, and full of rude old people. Bartenders were slow and rude. Food was just ok had to eat at specialty restaurant because buffet and main dining were terrible.

Rudy's staff, Steward and Spa staff were amazing. Bartenders were very very slow and mostly rude ( I don't even drink).
