The salty dog food was overcooked and the staff were rude. The Amalfi Rm good was undercooked. Couldn't eat it. The buffet was good but food was sometimes cold. Hement was absolutely wonderful! He made reservations for us one evening at the restaurant across from Bellini Bar and when we arrived they didn't have it. He made sure we got in once he found out. We are at the Pizza place a lot because of him. Bellinis Bar: we were there every night because of Jales, April and Sijo. They made incredible drinks but best of all they tested is like friends. Jales was my favorite!!!

Bingo was very surprised we had fees to play!!! It seemed you had to pay additional charges for everything. The spa prices were outrageous! I spent a lot of money there but learned a huge lesson! It would be the last place I would go before choosing other things too do because of all additional fees.

Welcome to cruising. Now that you know what to expect, hopefully you can enjoy the next one even more. Sounds like you found out that gambling including bingo, costs money similar to on land. Spas are more expensive than on land. There is good food but also not so good food. Don’t eat it if you don’t like it. And that things go wrong as with any vacation. With those things understood, cruises can be a great vacation.
