New ship, incredible crew, wonderful time! The medallion worked most of the time. There were a couple of times where we had ordered a drink and never received. Best thing is not having to attend a muster drill! You watched on your stateroom tv, went to muster station and checked in with your medallion. So easy.

Loved the new ship and crew. Loved Club Class. Princess needs to work on their app, never could arrange dinner reservations for a specialty restaurant.

We were VERY happy to get back to cruising and this was a great experience. With the ship only half full, the service was amazing with no crowds for anything. We look forward to a longer cruise on this ship in August.

Overall this was a great cruise on a brand new ship. We had been looking forward to getting back to sailing for quite some time. There were on 1797 passengers, so there were no lines to speak of. Even getting to the show just a few minutes before showtime, there were seats available. Most everyone followed the masking guidelines and the crew "gently" reminded you if you forgot your mask. They even carried extras. As Princess ramps back up, I do hope that some more of the nightly "group' activities return.

Amazing cruise, great service, great food and it was like we had the ship to ourselves. 1200 passengers out of 3600. Loved it. Never waited for an elevator…imagine that

Overall this was a great cruise. It was our 7th cruise on Princess and we are already planning our next cruise. My only real criticism of the Emerald Princess is the spa. Be careful that you are charged the prices that are quoted. Know that gratuities are already included. If you want to add more that’s up to you but they aren’t always up front about this. And if you qualify for a discount due to your loyalty level you will probably have to ask for it.

The ship was beautiful and the staff was great. They have a few kinks to work out with drink orders on the app. Princess Cays was beautiful too.

Our wait staff was awesome and room steward awesome.

Expected Princess touches that are no longer available like Pub Lunch, Vista Lounge evening snacks for Platinum and Elite , Champagne Waterfall with Capitan, wine tasting for elite (was told it would be soon but never did get invite. You can only get twice a day service in your cabin if you request it through your room steward. Worst of all, no chocolates on your pillow at night!!

I had an amazing time on this cruise!!! I can not wait to sail again. everything was beautiful.

Overall...fantastic cruise experience on a gorgeous brand new ship. BUT...disappointed that there were no inaugural activities at all.

This is an our 2nd time on board Enchanted and it did not disappoint at all. Great food, service, and ambiance. Highly recommend.

This was a very good cruise despite the star rating, just not perfect for me. I found myself always comparing things to RCI and Princess wins out on so many counts. It felt like moving out of the house you grew up in. However this cruise served as a learning experience on how to enjoy the future Princess cruise sailings. Medallion technology and ocean now delivery sets a new standard. I will have to make a cruise card out of my hotel key to go with the collection of cruise cards.

Having our last cruise experience being on the RC ship and never having cruisers with Princess it was one of the most relaxing and laid back experiences we have ever had we are definitely hooked on Princess and will cruise with them again.

Their tag line, "I love this," is apt because there's a lot to love about the Enchanted Princess. It's a gorgeous ship, with friendly and attentive staff, and the cruise line works hard to please, from food to activities. We're ready to sail with Princess again!
