Would not want to do another cruise aboard this ship. We like outside, unobstructed views of the ocean and this ship does not have space like that.

We were hesitant to sail in a pandemic and not thrilled with the idea of masking up everywhere outside your stateroom. But we’ve been living with this damn virus for better than 2 years. And it’s time to start living our lives again. We only met one person who tried to export his limited medical degree knowledge (that he received from Bubba Medical College), about the worthless-ness of masking up. Regardless, 99.9998% of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and greatly appreciated how hard the crew is working to keep everyone safe. Those crew members need their jobs. They want to work to provide for their families around the world. They serve you well. Most of us honored their efforts by doing what WE CAN DO to help everyone sail safely.

Fantastic ship and crew! Doing a back to back ten day cruise. Wonderful time.

We had an excellent cruise even with the Covid protocols we had to go by. The protocols have now changed from what they were. So don't hesitate to go on a cruise!

The cruise was absolutely amazing. The Enchanted Princess is a beautiful ship. It was also a bonus to have as many staff as passengers on the cruise ship. Princess cruises needs to be commended for doing such an outstanding job in keeping everyone safe. The cleaning staff were always cleaning walls, chairs there was always someone cleaning somewhere all the time. There were so many hand sanitizing stations around the ship and passengers and crew members all made a concerted effort to wash their hands and follow Covid guidelines.

This was our first cruise on this ship and found it beautiful, welcoming, and staffed with some of the nicest staff.

Fun and relaxing. Great shows. Great service by the staff and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Loved the new ship and crew. Loved Club Class. Princess needs to work on their app, never could arrange dinner reservations for a specialty restaurant.

Overall this was a great cruise on a brand new ship. We had been looking forward to getting back to sailing for quite some time. There were on 1797 passengers, so there were no lines to speak of. Even getting to the show just a few minutes before showtime, there were seats available. Most everyone followed the masking guidelines and the crew "gently" reminded you if you forgot your mask. They even carried extras. As Princess ramps back up, I do hope that some more of the nightly "group' activities return.

The ship was beautiful and the staff was great. They have a few kinks to work out with drink orders on the app. Princess Cays was beautiful too.

Our wait staff was awesome and room steward awesome.

Expected Princess touches that are no longer available like Pub Lunch, Vista Lounge evening snacks for Platinum and Elite , Champagne Waterfall with Capitan, wine tasting for elite (was told it would be soon but never did get invite. You can only get twice a day service in your cabin if you request it through your room steward. Worst of all, no chocolates on your pillow at night!!

I had an amazing time on this cruise!!! I can not wait to sail again. everything was beautiful.

Princess cruise lines never fail to amaze. The crew of the Enchanted Princess are the best.

Great cruise with a terrible disembarkation process.

Leaving and arriving in New York was surprisingly our favorite part. As far as ports of call, we did do enough to have positive or negative feelings about any of them. We were traveling with aging parents and they didn't want to leave the ship much. We loved Princess's dining rooms and food, but were underwhelmed on the number of activities during the day. Just comparing "equal" cruise lines, like Holland America, I would probably choose Holland America in the future assuming the Itinerary was the same. However, I wouldn't mind at all to do another Princess cruise.
