Many shops closed due to Covid. Merchants happy to have passengers shop. Just shopped in downtown area. Taxi service still $4 per person. Friendly merchants/locals.

Docked in an industrial area. Passengers were only allowed to go on island via Princess excursion or government approved taxi, guide. Stayed on ship. Shopping only at port in between shipping containers for security purpose.
