We felt Jayson the cruise director did the very best he could but a lot of of small things the ship chose just didn’t make sense. No music during the day on pool deck . Stupid Antman movie during pool time in bright sunshine ( could Not see the screen)

This is a hard rating. Our room steward Lario was a 10 star employee! The finest by far ! Customer service was another issue. We had charges that the customer service supervisor said she would take care of and never did ! We had a complimentary meal that was promised but never received after 20 days ! Brittany customer service supervisor said she would get all issues taken care of and after 15 days Nothing was done ! Not good for a first time princess traveler

I wish a laundromat had been on lido deck . It was at the opposite end and one deck down. Also Almalfi dining was difficult to get to from our stateroom. Everything was very clean

Bring a night light , bring medical needs such as a thermometer, medical sickness medicine and motion sickness medicine. Bring metal hooks and Do not over pack .
Unsafe . No taxis has stated in excursions. Talk to people who had been pickpocketed. Witnessed a motorcycle hit a lady and kill her and then was robbed by two other people we had that point decided to go back to the ship.
Several things left out of our instructions for disembarking. I was unaware if you are paying for the service of transfer to airport and not flying out the same day that they just leave your luggage at the port !!!
Sorry you had to go down one deck to use the laundry. Aren’t you glad there was one though, unlike most lines. Did you expect the transfer bus to hold your luggage and deliver it the next day when you were flying out? Did you go back to the front desk and ask why they didn’t make the adjustments you expected? Just like anywhere else, sometimes things don’t happen and you need to follow up.
Yup. Always bring own medical supplies! I’ve never needed hooks tho. I find lots of storage spots on Princess ships. Sorry your billing issues didn’t get resolved tho. That’s upsetting
