Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Enjoyed dinner in the Amalfi every night. Had a standing reservation for the same table after our experience with servers Nenad and Maria. We wanted our dining experience to be as good as that 2nd night.

The Mighty Quinn was very entertaining.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was most helpful. From Room Service, room steward, spa experiences to all who were in the various drink and food venues. Guest services was always very helpful.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
I love the Enchanted. Know the layout and always clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
I was happy once they changed the queen to my booking request of twins. My cabin was changed by Princess the day before boarding so I am guessing why I had the queen. I slept very well every night. My cabin was always taken well care of by the steward.

Ship tip

Explore the ship!! I cruised this ship in March and I found things I had not previously seen.

We did the hop on and hop off on our own. We had to wait a very long time to get tickets and board the bus. We noticed passengers with excursions tickets but still had to wait in the long line.

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida Did not visit port

I was flying out early in the day.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
I was too late getting to the airport for my flight. I booked EZair and had a Princess transfer. They were delayed in our leaving the ship. It was chaotic getting our luggage. In and out by the same opening. Would have been better to have an exit opening to the customs maze. By the time I arrived at the airport I was too late for luggage check in. I had to fly standby for 2 flights. My original arrival was around 11. I got in at 2:30 which was difficult for my ride.

Sorry you missed your flight. Can you tell us what time your original plane boarded and what time you finally made it to the airport? That may help someone avoid the same experience.

Noticed you traveled internationally so this may not be available if your final port is NOT Fort Lauderdale.

Next time you sail make sure you do the Easy Off or Check where your luggage is sent to the airport and booked all the way through to your home airport. That way you save a lot of time. Make sure to take a copy of flight schedule in your travel documents.
