Our first Transatlantic was great fun. We would highly recommend the Enchanted Princess. The entertainment staff led by Jayson was fantastic. Bravo!

Embarkation

I don’t know how this could have gone smoother. We were on the ship minutes after arriving at the terminal.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
This was actually a little better than we expected. The main and buffet dining rooms were great and we did the Crown Grill and Sabatini’s. Both were outstanding.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Didn’t do too much but there plenty to do.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Great. Shows in the theatre were outstanding and music and entertainment in other venues were equally great. We really enjoyed Peter Grant and the Mighty Quinn. The Rambling Rovers, Opus, the jazz trio, Mid Atlantic Men and Rivetta Austin were also very good. The Princess Orchestra and singers and dancers showed a lot of quality range.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Very personable and helpful overall. Our cabin steward did a great job and when we needed help the service desk personnel came through, especially Yelsin who straightened out an issue when we were upgraded at the last minute.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
We were on Enchanted a couple of years ago and the ship it still in great condition.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Perfect condition and very comfortable.

Ship tip

Attend the shows and use the Enclave if that’s something you enjoy.

Ports of call

Ajaccio, Corsica

Just got off the ship and walked around. The port is close by.

Gibraltar (U.K.)

5 out of 5
We did a private tour and enjoyed the rock and all the sights. St. Michael’s cave was very cool and the WWII tunnels were quite remarkable.

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

4 out of 5
Got off ship and flew home. Been there many times.

Disembarkation

Kind of slow but so many people made it that way. It was awful but having to go through passport control slowed things down.
