Ports of call

Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy

Too far from Rome airport relative to making an easy connection to ship. Ideally, Arrive at your embarkation location (Rome in this case) a day before sail date, and allow a minimum of 3 hours AT THE AIRPORT to minimize your anxiety! We booked a private car service (at a premium) to ensure time between airport and ship is minimized. We used Airport Transportation which was excellent!

Salerno (Naples), Italy

Disembarkation

Ship docked at 5am, first passengers (walk-off with bags) released at 7:00 am in 15 minute intervals depending on your 1-2-3 grouping. For connection to Rome airport allow at least 3 hours from ship to airplane boarding time!!

10 days is the longest that we have cruised, but oh how I wish I could do that many! Perhaps one day! (Smiles )
