The customer service on Disney is above and beyond, absolutely amazing. they really and honestly cared that our trip was stellar. I also loved the family friendly atmosphere. I was pleasantly and amazingly surprised that the cruise line did NOT nickel/dime you to spend money on anything...all non alcoholic beverages were really free, even at dinner (first time we did not have to buy a beverage package), and there actually wasn't all that much in their shops. a very pleasant surprise.

Cruise was OK. was very disorganized. We have booked thru many times and will think twice before doing this again..........................

It was a great experience, but was way too short! But now we know the ride didn't get us seasick we're able to do longer ones. I'll remember to book earlier!

Amazing, once in a lifetime trip for us. The scenery was beautiful. The weather was a wonderful break from the heat. The crew and staff were charming. The people friendly and fun. I wish we could do it again.

very good for kids and adults that have not fully matured (parents with small children are the exception). Entertainment is very good but placing music in atrium while photographing Disney characters is an insult to musicians. Next cruise is back to Royal Caribbean.

I loved the activities on board the ship. They were geared to all ages and the activities crew was fantastic. The accommodations were nice and worked well for the three of us. The good was good and the wait staff was attentive. We visited Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan.  We saw glaciers and had beautiful weather.   My grandson who is 16 had a great time and is ready to plan our next cruise soon. 

I loved many things about my Disney Wonder cruise. The fact that it is "Disney" was great. Everyone was happy from staff to guests. You would think there would be lots of children running around, but it wasn't like that at all. My group didn't have any kids with them and we didn't see them much. Only if you went to dinner or through the kids areas to get to adult activities. There were a lot of adult activities, but it would be great if they added even more! Wonderful spa experience too! Would be nice if they would provide complimentary sauna/steam room, etc. for those spending over a certain amount. The ship was very clean and they had everyone take a cleansing wipe before they went into dining and other areas around the ship. There were always staff sanitizing everything, emptying and cleaning the pools, etc. I would definitely recommend this cruise to adults without children as well as those with children. If you don't want to be among kids, you will figure out the best way to do that.

Disney has done an amazing job with this ship. The dining staff and food were excellent.  Tiana's place was our Favorite  restaurant.  The live music and party was Awesome!! My kids  LOVED the Oceaneer's club. The nightly entertainment was excellent.  We loved dressing up for pirate night. Only drawback is that I felt like we needed more time to do all the activities. We will take a longer cruise next time.

The staff greets you with a smile, and they treated my son with excellent service.  And when the staff learns your family name, they greet you with your name and asking you how was your day.  Each staff member care about making your day the best day that you have had or will try to make it right for you if something went wrong.

All day and all night pampering. Actually took me a half day and 2 " Don't worry about that, you're on vacation", until I truly got in the swing. Took a few day to readjust to reality. We CAN'T wait until out next one!

everyone in the ship were nice and friendly. excellent service. well prepared shows and really delicious meals. food is everywhere. clean and hygienic places everywhere

My expectations were not met on this cruise, the shows were excellent.

The food just was not good and other than our cabin steward and dining wait staff who were excellent. the rest of the crew from the people in cabanas and the bartenders were rude, even the officers were not very friendly, I have cruised disney before but this cruise was nothing like previous experience. I would no take this cruise again

I was a little disappointed that the boat did not have the glitz and glamour.  I was also disappointed by the size of the pool area for the children.  One small pool for the children which were overcrowded and I saw at least five nosebleeds while I was there.  My daughter was afraid to go in when she saw the children slip and fall in the pool (and the blood).  I would suggest a variety of kid friendly menu options during dinner time.  The options were too fancy for her taste (I had to go on deck or order room service (for a pizza or wrap).

Everything was clean and wonderful, we had a great time. staff and crew were just great. by far the best cruise I've taken thus far. even off the cruise the people were great.

the cruise was an amazing experience! The staff was great! The rooms were clean! The food was the best ever! Definitely will do it again and will recommend friends to do it! 

We loved the island of Castaway Cay and having lunch there.  Everyone on board was so kind and helpful.  The Disney Wonder was so clean and beautiful also.  Loved the restaurants!  The shows were amazing!

I would recommend this cruise to anyone.

Steps should be taken for guests that have carriages (presumably your target market).  One elevator should be designated as carriage/handicap only.  Maybe if we departed from a different port the general public would have the curiosity or common sense to let those carriage guests on the elevator.  Also posting a sign suggesting that capable people (perhaps overweight but physically capable) to try the stairs when they only need to travel one or two decks.  Maybe place candies or chocolates halfway up each stairwell as an incentive to take the stairs.   

Another suggestion regarding the language barrier (even through we departed from a US Territory where English is the official language); would be to have those guests needing translation during the loud announcements to muster in a specific location or to have staff in several areas throughout the vessel translating. 

Other than that, the kids loved seeing Mickey.    

Loved the restaurants for dinner, loved Disney's private island. There was always stuff to do, and really not just stuff but enjoyable things at all times. We couldn't do it all, in fact there were many parts of the ship we didn't get to just because of time. Met great people and made friends. Only real negatives were weather related and cant be controlled by disney. Some not as positive things were the breakfast and lunch were not the best quality and sometimes felt like I was eating cardboard, or cardboard mush but you learn fast whats good and whats not. Like everything else with Disney, merchandise and other products or services comes at a premium price but it is worth it. 

We took our daughter, her husband, and their 6 and 3 year-old daughters on this cruise in early January, and it was a wonderful experience for every one of us.  Disney does a great job of making things fun for people of all ages.  We will definitely be coming back in few years for another cruise.

This was a great fun, So many things to do for all. Hard to choose what to do - Characters, shows and premieres. Kids had a blast and we did not know how the 7 nights went by.
