Review summary

The customer service on Disney is above and beyond, absolutely amazing. they really and honestly cared that our trip was stellar. I also loved the family friendly atmosphere. I was pleasantly and amazingly surprised that the cruise line did NOT nickel/dime you to spend money on anything...all non alcoholic beverages were really free, even at dinner (first time we did not have to buy a beverage package), and there actually wasn't all that much in their shops. a very pleasant surprise.

fabulous to have a separate room with the tub/shower and sink! amazing and even the toilet area was decent size. very clean and comfortable

Ship tip

loved that it is on the small side, fabulous for children. if you don't want to be overwhelmed with hundreds of children, take a cruise when most kids are in school (such as November).

the one and only thing Disney did not do well...they should tell you the expected time frame for departures, not just give you groups by tag color. what was great though was that we could have another excellent breakfast in the regular restaurant. usually on the last day you're stuck with a mediocre buffet. not this cruise line!
