The family liked the idea of a Disney cruise but...I found it to not be any better than a Carnival or especially a Princes cruise.

How is it disorganized they literally give you a navigator each day and you decide what you want to do. If you arrive early to embarkation day you won't be allowed to board until your actual set times, just like at an airport.
