Improve communicating with passengers with clarity in terms of activities. My 8 year old son was NOT vaccinated and Disney implemented a policy of restricting unvaccinated passengers to unload the ship. The Bahamian authorities allow underage ship cruise passengers to unload the ship as long as they provide a negative PCR test proof done 3 days before the arrival date at Bahamas. Eventhough we had complied with local Bahamian authorities and were cleared to enter the port, the Disney authorities didnt allow our kid to unload the ship. This unilateral Disney policy should be clearly stated before purchasing the trip, as we would have purchase the cruise if this information was clearly stated. Very dissappointing.

Book all of your activities on the ship asap they sell out quick. Also on the first day go to the spa if you want to book the rainforest room. I believe you can have up to 10 guest for 1.45 min. My husband and I booked this for just the 2 of us and it was amazing. They have hot tubs, saunas and different rain showers it was great!

Avoid the buffet when you first get on. Instead check your itinerary to see what restaurant is open. It will be way less crowded.

Don’t leave from Miami. The elevators in the parking weren’t working. Our Covid results weren’t on the records. We had to wait for awhile.

We brought a few matching Disney themed t-shirts and everyone had a same idea!!! If you want to get into full Disney mood, I highly recommend it! Also, we did Disney beach excursion at Grand Cayman and I do not recommend it (long wait to get a ride, small and crowded beach with terrible service).
