We had a great time with my 8 year old and the ship was very clean and nice.  The Disney island was not that great..just ok, I thought it would be better. The food was great and the shows.  Was it 3x better to off set the cost .  Maybe with a younger child, but at 8 my daughter did not care about the characters.  This was our 5th cruise and first with Disney..we will going back to royal caribbean

3.5 stars should've been an option.  More than good, but not great.  Children's activities were great. Food was the biggest disappointment; nothing was "hot" for any meal on any of the 3 days. Entry and exit at the ports was surprisingly quick and smooth even with the number of young children on board.

The best three days we had in a long time.  I have only one regret, is not enough time.  But we will take a longer trip next time.   Thanks for a wonderful time.

Our family had an excellent trip on the Disney cruise.  From the details of our stateroom to the food and port adventures, we enjoyed every part of it.  If there is any criticism, it would be the inability to find a chair in the main area of the pool on Deck 11 on the Dream during peak hours on Thursday.  Otherwise, everything else was perfect. Thx.

Expensive and not worth it unless you're vacationing with kids. Don't waste your money on spa treatments unless you like being up sold on spa products. 

Disney does it right.  I have been on many cruises but this was the first time with my child and Disney definitely did right by the entire family.  There was something for the whole family in terms of food and entertainment.  We really enjoyed our time aboard the Dream and there was so much to do you cannot possibly do it all in just 3 days so we will have to go back.  The service aboard the ship in terms of cabin stewards and wait staff were also unparalleled.  Disney staff caters to your every want and need and treats you like royalty.

It was 5 Star in every way given there may have been more youth on the ship that adults.  Adults do have very fine private areas.  Embarking and debarking was painless and quick.  Activities excellent....no complaints.

Nothing like a Disney cruise with the whole family. The kids participated in some of the activities in the Oceaneers club and loved it. We were busy every minute and enjoyed all the shows and other activities that the ship had to offer. 

I can say I was not overly excited about taking a Disney Cruise for my daughters 11th birthday- but it was what she wanted!

What an amazing shock- I had the BEST time ever- great time to bond with my daughter, plenty to keep us both busy, adult only areas that were fabulous and so much fun! The adult entertainment was better than anything I have paid to see- I am seriously considering booking another! Oh- the food and service was incredible!

So you say Disney is for kids......  

Not the case, we are kids and there was plenty of us to do with or with out children.  Plenty of adult only areas and were were treated to the typical Disney care.  Just and AWESOME trip even with the rain.

What can i say about Disney that you don´t already know.  The cruise with this company was outstanding, like everything Disney. My two year old son was out of himself and my wife and i were very happy to say the least.  We went with Disney because of our Son. The cruise was awesome,the staff very very professional, the food was just perfect and the entertainment was just perfect for a whole family experience. No wonder they are number 1 in the industry!!

 We will definitely do this again in the very near future!!

This was definitely the cleanest ship we've ever been on.  Service was excellent.  Stateroom was especially nice and roomy.  They were very accommodating of my need for gluten free food.  Highly recommend the Rainforest experience for couples in the spa.  A wonderful weekend getaway to celebrate our 25th.

We took our 20 year old son for his spring break  because Disney had an exceptional deal the week before sailing.  The ship was impeccable, the staff was incredible and the shows were spectacular.   I decided to take Disney because I had always heard their food was the best in the industry so I thought I could overlook the "Disneyesque" apsect of the cruise, but unfortunately the food was really about the same as other cruise lines.

By far the best cruise we have ever been on. The complete Disney experience was superb. Quick embarkation. Excellent stateroom, caring cast members, delicious food and a wide menu to choose from. All of the entertainment was top shelf by talented performers. Our only complaint was that 4 nights is not enough. 

I loved my balcony room and seeing all the characters. I would have liked to have visited the Adults Only areas more. We had a separate pool area, cafe, lounges, a pub, THE WORKS! I wish there were more Disney-interactive opportunities for adults, or even just a computer area with maybe a virtual reality game where we went into Toy Story or the Lion King movie scenes. I found that I did need to connect with the shore occasionally and only the kids were able to use the computers on the ship.

If you have kids under 10 it is must do once in a lifetime. I have done Holland America but Disney you cant compare. Everything is so systematic and amazing. We are pure vegetarians and they took care of us like babies. Words cannot define, you will have to experience the wonder.

Nobody does it better than Disney!  Worth every penny!  Service, food, wait staff, children's area, recreation all receive five stars from our family. Very impressed with the secureness of the children's area. The staff in the children's area went over and aboard to assist with my Autistic child. Never have I enjoyed a vacation as much as this one!

This was my first cruise in Disney Dream. Exceptional service , fantastic food and plenty of adult only areas.  I could not believe how clean this ship was.  We can't wait to book our next Disney cruise. 

The entire trip was truly a dream. I took my 3 year old granddaughter who had the time of her life. Every crew member went above and beyond each and every second of every day. The characters, the activities, the live shows, the water activities and of course THE FOOD!!!! was all amazing.

I highly recommend this cruise ship to everyone!!!!!

The Dream is really beautiful, the service excellent, our room was the nicest we have ever had on a cruise.  The only thing I felt was lacking was the food.  The dishes served have appetizing names, but failed to deliver the taste I was anticipating.  The brightest star on the menu was the sea bass and prime rib served on the last night of our cruise, both were excellent.

I was also disappointed in the bingo which was expensive, starting at $40, and didn't even require the participant to look at the handheld electronic device.

The price of activities on Disney's island were too steep for most families.  After paying for the cruise, most don't have a lot left for activities.
