Review summary
The food was average, service was great!!! Juneau and Ketchikan were good. Icy Straights was a fill in for Skagway and not good at all. The most horrible thing about the trip was dealing with charges and getting reimbursements. We had to contact someone on the ship almost every day about multiple charges to our account. We will most likely not take a Princess cruise again because of this.Embarkation

We prepaid for a massage for my wife and got charged to our Princess account as well as our credit card. Worst part of the trip is trying to get reimbursements for over charges.
